Let us make something very clear. Your whole operation exists with our sanction, or not at all. You had best remember this and moderate your tone in the future. Herr Linhardt understood this well, and it would be disappointing to make his efforts to establish Eupen's reputation go to waste.

Now, regarding your security arrangements. As you see from your own intel, Freeport 8 is a hub of activity, both lawful and otherwise. This is tolerated to a degree, as long as no organization attempts to stage their assets there. This unwritten rule has been enforced thus far, and we have found no reason to complain. The same rule had best be applied to Eupen, or we will have problems. We are not interested in your denials - we want you to make all criminals unwelcome.

If you feel that your own operation is threatened by passing singleton vessels, you may take whatever defensive actions you deem fit. However, you will not do this by employing Rheinland military technology. Continue to pass along any intel you acquire, assist our vessels in their patrols of the system, and you may earn our trust.
