Regarding the niobium delivery, i believe 90 Sirius credits would be a fair price depending on the exact location of your facility ( we dont have it on our charts, we just heard few traders talking about it ).
Also if your crew feels overwelmed about supplying the facility, TIP crew will be glad to help.

Ok, now back to business, shall we? We noticed your stocks of water where dangerous low, so i ordered one of my best pilots to gather some water and fill your tanks. The current price for niobium is acceptable, and referring our last deal, i'm willing to supply your station for that price, given our places are very close.
