Nataly Pearsall, Starfliers To: Renzu Company Representative Subject: Bustard Refit
Good day.
I'm Nataly Pearsall, we've recently had a brief exchange where you offered your services for our project.
While the ship has finished its building process, it was a mixed bag once I arrived on location to pick it up. It's a generally well built vessel, but none of our specific requests could be implemented.
Long story short, I'm interested in an in-depth refit of the ship, rather than just surface work which we originally anticipated.
Please let me know if you're still interested, and I'll forward the details of our request.
We're pleased to see you reach out to us on Tsukishima Liner Yards. Feel welcome as customers to our service.
There are a few details that I would need from you regarding the requested refit; Generally what kinds of adjustment do you need, the information will be used to prepare a hangar so work can begun once you arrive.
I can suggest you a route to get to us depending on the vessel's current position. This navigation assistance will not require any financial attention.
As a kind reminder; operating and moving a Bustard-class within Kusari Domain will requires a government license, however committing to us as your contractor for this refit will allow us to grant you a temporary 4 week transit license. Included with this is travel to our workspace, testing of navigation systems after service and leaving Kusari Domain.

Good to hear from you so soon, Handler R2.
I'm not sure if that is the right way to refer to you, please correct me if I am mistaken.
I've made a summary of modules that need to be worked on, essentially the same as Blue Mackerel Industries would have done. This would be the first of two stages.
Internal Modules:
Capable powergenerator with smaller backup generators that can maintain the ship's life support and basic manouverability in case of an emergency.
Shielded cargobays that can withstand high intensity radiation and biological hazards.
Instead of fire control systems, which we will not need, we need an expanded hangar that can house and service up to transport-sized vessels.
Crew quarters and greenhouses that can self-sufficiently sustain a crew of up to fifty individuals.
Fuel efficient propulsion system, that can preferably choose from a variety of fueltypes rather than being restricted to a single source.
External Modules:
Additional radiation-resistant armor plating.
Hardpoints for external sensor and communication arrays which will be retrofitted at a later date.
An extendable airlock that allows the ship to temporarily dock with cruiser-/ and liner-sized vessels.
Quite the list, I know, it took a while to compile it all. Please get back to me once you've heard back from your mechanics and prepared a dock for the ship. Once we're given the okay the crew and I will begin with the in-system transit from Impala Station to the shipyard. It's my pleasure to work with you.
We're pleased to hear that you commit to our service, henceforth the hangar has been prepared to receive your vessel for the refit.
Our teams are now informed about what specifications you wish for.
To recap on your wish:
Internal Refit
Dual Generator system
Main Supply for General Systems
Sub Supply in charge of life-support and emergency operation
Cargobay with included Shields per bay
Fire Control replacement
Hangar Expansion - Extended Space for Light Crafts and their service

Good day.
We'll make our way towards the shipyard in a few minutes once the crew is on board.
All these proposals seem to include what we need for the first stage of the refit. If all goes well, we'll happily make use of your services for part two as well.
Please let us know the cost of this stage as soon as possible, so we can provide necessary funding. The project is called 'Eclipse' as of now, but we will relay the final name of the vessel to you once it has been officially named. Glad to be working with you.
Your request will take a moment. While you are waiting for our crew to finish feel free to enjoy the pleasantries of the station or browse our Renzu Shipline, be it for the company or personal use.
The estimated time while letting our crew work in shifts amounts to 1 week. Do not worry, it shall all be ready soon.
We suggest you use this channel for requesting updates on your request.
Our crew will start with working on the internals first.

Good evening.
Credits have been sent to your account. I'll closely observe the refitting process for the Starfliers, and send you details about the second part of it once we're nearing completion with part one.
If possible, please send me a message once we're about a day away from finishing the current stage.

Renzu™ Liner Airlock Refit onto the Bustard-Class
It's estimated to take at least one additional day to be ready for being under the influence of Sirian Space. The first test will begin immediately as we finish from the hangar. We will notify you in regards to it's performance.
There are currently no expected issues to be faced.
Nataly Pearsall, Starfliers To: Handler R2, Renzu Company Subject: Bustard Refit
Good day, Handler R2.
I've been keeping close tabs on the workers to see the process come along, but it's still nice to see it all compiled into an easy to understand spreadsheet which I can relay to my superiors. We're currently in the process of gathering specific modules that need to be installed later.
However, I'd still like to ask if Renzu has connections to manufacturers producing docking modules and jumpdrives and would be able to order them for us? A hyperspace matrix would also be on our shopping list. Your company would of course be in charge of - and paid for the installation process. In any case, I'm looking forward to seeing our project come along.
Your ordered Refit has been processed. We also completed an initial run of internal testing, your vessel performs at the expected efficiency rate of 100%.
The already known summary is located below for your own logs.

In Regards to the Engine we've provided external hard-cover prints of a manual on how to use it, those are accessible on the bridge and the engine rooms. There is also a digitalised version to be found on any accessible terminal within the ship with exception of the guess quarters. I do not need to mention that using the terminals for reviewing internal systems requires certain access keys. Those will be provided to you and the crew.
A training module can be found on the terminals and the meeting rooms for training and teaching the crew on how to use the custom systems, how to swap between different kinds of fuel, which fuels can be mixed and matched along miscellaneous training modules on the ship systems and controls.
Maintenance on the vessel can be done anywhere with exception of the engine. We highly recommend this vessel returns to us for engine maintenance as it is a custom engine.
In regards to your questions: For Hyperspace Moduls such as Jump and Matrix Technology we generally suggest reaching out to Kishiro, they also may be able to offer docking modules.
We can offer to mount those to your vessel if you require assistance.
