New POB help

Thanks, but at this point ive locked myself out of the base and need admin support, but the player help pob restoration link leads to a non existent thread. How do I get admin help on this?

Dock to the base with the same ship name that you deployed the base with
Then type /base login password

and you will logged in

the character(same ship name) that created the base is not allowed to dock with it. It says docking is restricted at this base.

In this case, it seems that you changed the defensemode of the base so that it doesn't allow anyone to dock, even your ship that you deployed the base by.
You will need an admin to first confirm that this is your base, then beam you somehow in there

I hope that you use Discord, so you can join us there and have a direct conversation with an admin
If not, then please use this link here to fire a player request and describe in detail your problem, and include the name of the ship that deployed the base and the password of your base in the player request.

Be advised that the player's request content will be shown to the discovery administrators only.

Hey there! we've sent you a forum PM and discord PM but it seems it's not going through - if you see this message, please post the name of a character you would like beamed to your pob (it'll be docked there already) and the name of your pob!
