What would a full cleaning bring? I mean.. how do you imagine this wipe? Inactive factions kicked out and a chance to build them from scrath? If so: bad idea. Some of the faction descrpitions are very good... maybe there are just some people needed, who take care of the factions.

Yeah I think all that would serve is forcing even more players in to the bottlenecks. I'm in LWB and VF, which are both as a whole currently pretty inactive, because Rheinland is dead for trade. Wipe both those factions, and then no one in them has a single reason to go to Rheinland at all, which just makes it even more dead.
