We appreciate your share on the newest occurrences within the deep Omicrons and are glad to see others take a priority to rooting out Corsair presence where it appears too.

We also appreciate your decision to overshare rather than to miss out on details, however one open question from our side remains in relation to the Jump Drive systems employed by your people. Following the semi-open marketing by Kishiro Technologies of these breakthrough inventions, blackmarket counterfeit products sprung up and are a potential high risk to both the vessels deploying them and everything in the vicinity of those vessels when the Drive is activated. As the Directory lays out clearly, we will require some variant of official notice by Kishiro Technologies - forwarded to us by yourselves - that these Jump Drives are licensed sales. This can be anything ranging from the purchase certificates to a post-installation approval conducted by Kishiro experts.

Following the receival of this crucial information, your vessels would then be most welcome to also operate Jump Drives within Kusari territory, so long as they remember not to initiate Drives too close to solar bodies or space stations.

In regards to the Cloaking Devices, under normal circumstances we would have to decline this request. However, seeing as your branch of Zoners openly takes up arms against some of the most savage criminals of Sirius, we understand your desire for additional security wherever you go. Cloaking devices installed on Phoenix vessels are to remain shut down whilst traversing Kusari space. Emergency usage is of course permitted.

I'm reaching out to you to apply for a permanent license to operate the '\S/'IRV-Starfall within Kusari's boundries. Renzu Company have performed a number of refits and issued us with a temporary license to traverse Kusari. However, given our research missions based in the Tau systems as well as the need for frequent maintenance on the ship's sensitive sensor arrays and engines require us to extend this license indefinitely to ensure proper operability of our vessel. The vessel is equipped with a jumpdrive that has been refurbished by Renzu Company but can thus technically not be licensed as an official Kishiro product. I would hereby like to ask how we can proceed, given that the repair process of the jumpdrive was completed by an official Kusari company nonetheless. Until this has been sorted, we will obviously not make use of the jumpdrive within Kusari's borders.
