Just buy a Universal Shipping ID if you were roleplaying Universal Shipping by flying a giant space truck around.
Or, if you were genuinely playing a cool insurance company guy, maybe they don't need to do so from the bridge of a Stork, but something more appropriate that'd almost certainly end up in the sub 3.6k cargo range.

This change is an actioned player request that sounded like a good idea to basically everyone who read it, because there's a subset of the Discovery Roleplay 24/7 RP server's community that cares about the in-game activities of a faction vaguely matching the faction's lore. Your space version of a 28 wheeler can be flown under many, many IDs, all of which will make more sense than Interspace Commerce.
What a joke, not only was the destruction of Roppongi overlooked by the IC faithful, but now you want to mess around with core lore and mechanics of IC players who do not interfere with your more 'exotic' protagonists. What's the harm of various IC traders flying around the mainly vanilla worlds, occasionally pirated by your more sophisticated metagamers who've been running the same script for decades? That's rhetorical, despite the question mark.
"Ok look three senior metagamers are pirating an IC Stork and pretending that it's an original RP script" - F off, you're a cabal clique who should know better and we're sick and tired of your self-righteous and self-serving rhetoric.
Why don't you tweak the nips of your own factions rather than interfere with decades worth of RP lore and game play by various Interspace players who have gone along with your pretense of piracy in the name of 'balance'?
Just reverse this crappola. Seriously, why don't you tweak your own bs factions that have been invented to satisfy the various loudmouths that browbeat the small cadre of "game owners"? Like...
...what's with the defense platforms within 2km of the Galileo tradelanes, Spacetech? Is that preferential meta gaming? Sanctioned by the powers that be? I'm a lawful player so that doesn't bother me, but shouldn't we look after all our players? I was hearing the unlawful factions recently crying persecution and the main north-south route between Liberty and Kusari is somehow invisible in Galileo? Gimmeabreak. I have a screen shot from April, so if it was only an "event" or some type of game story line, how about we fix that now, or is that just another insider breaking the rules and trying to subvert the structure by which all other are compelled to play within?
Leave IC alone, reverse these stupid changes and go back to fiddling with your outerworld tweakers who need constant encouragement that their "life and death" gameplay is important and valuable.
You let minority interests press their game play in Kusari and now it's a wasteland. Step away from interfering with core factions.
Thanks for not consulting the community and just badly implementing these changes. It's not creative, it's selfish and egocentric. In case you were pretending that players don't mind, they do. Now run along you little bastards, fix this. And if you don't like "bastards" - remove that word from all the ships that have that word in their name, if it's good for them, it's good for me, alright you little bastards?
I think you know how we feel. Or maybe it needs to be clearer?

It was broken and is fixed now.

I am sure that the other mining factions won't get the IMG restrictions. It made sense for IC who in Vanilla had no naturally spawning ships to be restricted. They god some really cool lines now and a enormous zoi. Fair trade off

So it took twenty years to get on the radar and then suddenly it was "fixed" without community consultation?
Interspace was "broken" just because people flew around in 5ks? You must be new, eleven years online with your eyes closed, what a hero.
Remember the recent "Fuel" thread? That was an interesting idea that the originator had the strength of character to take to the community. In contrast, this "one week implementation" wasn't even implemented correctly.
I'm not going to say anymore on this, you're a bunch of bastards, too immature to appreciate when you have done something wrong.

I understand that you will persecute and attack me. That's fine, that's the tools you have at your disposal. Might doesn't make right. If you cannot play the ball, play the man, eh?
Let's delete the word "bastard" from ship names. That might go some way to elevating the discourse, what do you think you little bastards? I think it's a good idea, I find the word offensive, don't you? Let's delete that word and stop pretending it's ok in ship names. Whatever next? Shall we allow the f word, the c word, the n word? I think you can do better, don't you?
