Esteemed representatives of the Kingdom of Bretonia;

The Republic of Liberty has been called to answer against the traitorous acts of terrorism by the Empire of Kusari that threaten the peace not only between our respective Houses but between the colonies as a whole. It is no secret that the Government of Liberty's stance on any such acts of rapid escalation is to uphold a defensive position and defend our well being without further provocations.

Unfortunately, it would appear that the Empire of Kusari does not respect the basic principles of decency that we for so long have upheld and respected. Kusari's armed forces, as we speak, are being rallied into Galileo and are threatening to advance and breach into Liberty's perimeter.

The Liberty Navy, proud upholders of the very same principles that the Republic is called to so mercilessly and without remorse defend, have already begun counteracting Kusari's advancements and driving their assembled battlegroups away from Galileo.

During these dire times, lives of Libertonian citizens as well as civilian life on the independent worlds Galileo and Kepler are being threatened.

Our freedom is being threatened, ladies and gentlemen.

The Republic of Liberty asks that the Kingdom of Bretonia condemns the actions of the Empire of Kusari.
