Centinex has been sanctioned for:

1.1 - Discovery is an English-language roleplaying server. Communication in-game and in the roleplaying areas of the forums must be in-character and appropriate for Discovery Freelancer's setting. Metagaming and powergaming are strictly forbidden.

1.1.4 - Threatening players with sanctions/reports and impersonating staff is not permitted.

1.2 - Cheating or exploiting game mechanics is not allowed. This can include 'multiboxing' (logging in with multiple characters at the same time), disconnecting during player encounters (post here if you disconnect by accident), abusing bugs, etc.

2.2 - If you are killed or dock during a hostile player encounter, you must not re-enter the system or attack anyone involved in the encounter for 1 hour. Trade Ships docking during a hostile player encounter are not considered to have been "killed".

Consequences:

We've received multiple reports of you breaking several rules. Quite the list honestly, and unfortunately not limited to a single encounter either.

You have been berating people unnecessarily merely for engaging in piracy RP with you, threatening to report them/implying they will be punished with OOC consequences for simply interacting with you; you proceeded to re-enter systems to trash-talk in OOC chat and also disconnected mid interaction for no reason.

We cannot fathom why you seem so averse to interacting with people in-RP, let alone play on a multiplayer server with behaviour such as this. We're giving you one week off the server to cool down and perhaps re-evaluate why you're playing here if you're not willing to ever be accosted by anyone else on your travels, especially with contraband in your cargo hold. Failure to adhere to the rules after this time is up will result in harsher consequences.

Yes, I'm aware of the rules and I know I might have ignored it several times. I know this is a RP server, but what leads to me breaking the rules is very simple;
Pirates track me in-game comunication channels and simply destroy my Transports with "you are a vermin and must be put down" kind of RP that I won't tolerate even if that leads to a perma ban. Please realize that intentions are clear and cannot be avoided just "cause why not", or "you can't do anything cause this is RP and I got the guns and you don't"
Just be warned that said intentions can be retaliated in many ways, not just cause "chill dude its just a game".
I also might add that such attacks are persistent always in the same system with the same player faction characters.
I will wait the 10 days ban period to end, hoping to get on my feet without such poor RP directed to my characters.

If you take issue with how people interact with you in-game, then please report it if you feel it goes too far. However, we found no evidence of such cases on this occasion.

Do note that rival factions are entitled to, within reasonable linguistic bounds, spit at those hostile to them should they see fit as well as patrol the systems that are within their ZOI (Zone of Influence) as detailed in their respective IDs. This may result in you coming across familiar names and factions on your journey across Sirius.

These interactions are not a personal attack on you, but rather your character that you're playing. Again however, if you feel and have sufficient evidence that hostility toward your characters are a result of OOC hatred and are therefore unjust attacks on your ability to play, or poor RP to the point of being malicious (see: PvP baiting in the rules), then you must report that to us instead of responding with the behaviour that you have been. An eye for an eye makes the world blind after all.

Your ban ends tomorrow as per the week we've given, not 10 days.
