For the Xeno Relic we can be alot more flexible on the price. The depot that handled these relics has been decommissioned so we are currently operating at reduced capacity. If you insist on getting them, it will more costly that the artifacts.
One more matter - The Deterrence would also like from you a favor owed due to a bad incident which involved Hogosha and the Kusari Navy. Act as our eyes and ears in Kusari for a time. Liberty and Kusari have been getting at eachothers throats recently and we want to see how far they will go with this.

We will of course bring a variety of different ships, from escort fighters, of course only
if needed so, to bigger ships like transports and our beloved raba, which design is, as
any well suited sair would know, an old warship design of yours, which we now produce with the
Farmers Alliance in unity.
Regarding the Xeno Relics I am sure we will figure out a solution
in mean time, yet this is not from the utmost importance as of now.
We of course can act as your eyes and ears in Kusari for the time being,

The Conclave has plans to send out periodic convoys to Sigma-59 to re-establish its own businesses and revive the distributors on Kamakura. The artifacts will be stockpiled on base before they are moved into Kusari markets. Corsair movement could attract some unwanted problems so while we are going with our plan, you keep us informed and be our early warning.
Your pilots and agents can gather information in the Kusari Police and Navy. We're interested in how their relations with Liberty is going and any mentions of the Corsairos or our operation here. If they intend to move to us or send patrols to stop the convoys, you must inform us to avoid them seizing the cargo. The GMG and Bounty Hunters work with Kusari, so we will watch out for them as well.
After our convoys have done their jobs, a share of the profits will be wired directly to your Alliance depending on how well we perform. Kusari will need these artifacts soon to have an edge against Liberty, but its people are still wary of them. The Executor has also shown interest in the Raba frigates used for the convoys. Since this is your design and we've used them in numerous operations spanning the entire Sector, the Deterrence will be requiring the blueprints to construct some of our own Rabas and expand our capacity to move the goods.
