Big kudos to @Luke.

Man is doing some excellent mod work and is probably one of the nicest mods we have!

Keep it up, buddy!

+1, very balanced and communicates in a way that is actually on the players side, didn't have these vibes from the team since St.Denis left - make this man an admin already!

I don't know where to write this, so I'll write it here.

This feedback will be positive, because the events of the past days were cool and emotionally charged. I would like to sincerely thank you for this, guys, because I haven't felt such emotions for a long time. Meeting Igiss, knowing that he is my compatriot from Russia, felt like touching something great. No prize or award can compare to this event.

And now about emotions.

I think I will not be the only one who will ask for the old snac to return at least as part of VR events? This was the most emotional part of the event not only for me, but I think for others as well. Does the staff have any plans for this gun?

Discovery is a server of dreams.
And I'm a big dreamer.

If we get old SNAC back, then remove the ass blasters and give caps their balls and power plants back

Disgruntled PoB Owner Feedback:
The removal of Omega 48; or more likely its split into Omega 47 and Omega 49; with the subsequent relocation of all the PoBs into Omega 47 and the refuse to relocate any PoBs under various pretenses, including the default "The Staff may decline etc" is unfair towards the PoB Owners in said system (current O47).
O47 is a logistical nightmare from a time and credit perspective, Water costing 20 SC on Tangier, Fertilizers being in either O49 or O3; Ind. Materials being 100K away in O52 and costing 65SC / unit or If you can RP the docking rights for an Intelligence faction - Auxo - just 60K on the AI / Auxo Solars.
The players (PoB Owners and Suppliers) in O47 are taking the brunt of the repercussions of ooRP events - development changes to the system - and the most expensive cost is the time.
Constructive Feedback: Prior to any major system change like this; the PoB owners - especially the ones with "Extensive RP Developed PoBs" should be notified of the major system change and asked to choose where to relocate their PoBs, so they would still fit their existing RP, or to create new RP (If possible)- with a time limit to do so; else the PoB will automatically be relocated into a system that fits the current RP of the Admins choice.
Not so Constructive Feedback: Declining Relocation Requests based on RP reasons for ooRP events is unfair to the players.
What happened to "a better staff and fairness towards the community"?

You purchased a POB knowing where it was, after the patch had been released. You were not negatively affected by a mod development.

Post patch moves are provided to mitigate negative impacts on a POB by the least amount required to proportionally redress that harm. That means if a base moves or a system is realigned, the base is moved proportionally to put it back where it was.

What that does not mean is any arbitrary change to a system provides a pretext to teleport the base into an entirely different region and change the IFF.

These kinds of requests will never be approved. If you want a high core base with a different name, IFF and purpose in an entirely different location, my suggestion is to build one.

Please explain then why the PoB was not relocated next to Gran Canaria - where It originally was.
And why such a relocation was not offered.
As for the IFF; at the moment of the purchase the base was Unaffiliated. There wasn't much change in the IFF; except to integrate into said system.
Thank you.

Did you ask for Gran Canaria?

Because you didn't ask for it?

These are the move requests you posted, attempting to take advantage of the "PoBs can be moved if they are affected by system changes" clause. Unfortunately, those posts are not move requests -- they are "Please conjure, from thin air, a fully upgraded Core 4 base in the Newcastle system" requests, disguised as move requests. Those are, by default, rejected by the staff team.
