That is not at least constructive to the discussion and does nothing more than to show the lack of care for the players.
I requested relocation 2 times. Once I was declined due "Extensive RP / IFF change / Rename Required" for ooRP changes.
Also, you said "mitigate impact" to which I requested details. Answer that first, kind sir.
Cheers!
Again Mitigate the impact on the players. I no longer care for the PoB itself. But mitigation of the impact on the players has a nice ring to it.
Furthermore, disclosing requests is a nice touch.
You can always talk to the players - like some admins bother to do - and explain or at least try to see a broader picture and offer solutions if said players are unable to see them.
But you can always say "Nah, just decline".
There were unmentioned requirements or rules I was unaware of. Like me, there are other players in the community.

You're digging yourself a hole.
You bought this base thinking it was a magical wildcard core 4 PoB you could teleport halfway across Sirius, renaming it and slapping on a new IFF in the process.
After learning that that's not actually an option, you start pointing the finger at the Nasty, Evil Staff Team for not moving your base to a location roughly equivalent to its original position. Again, if that was what you wanted all along, why didn't you request it?
I'm sure that option's still available, anyways. Instead of bickering here, you could've posted it by now.

What, not a fan of someone bringing receipts? You're the one who wanted to have this conversation out here, "in the public eye". It's only fair that players who read this discussion get all the facts, and not just the ones you're willing to share.
You are correct.
In my first I eloquently pointed out some missing information that should be disclosed to the players.
But I sure am glad you brought this topic out.
I posted constructive feedback, based on the discussion I had with an admin that was kind enough to bother talking to me.
The not so constructive feedback was not at pointed at the evil staff; It was directed at the lack of information for the players and the unfairness of the "mitigate impact on the players" - no PoBs were relocated from Omega 48 next to Gran Canaria or in Omega 49 (Only thing that was moved there was the Solar for OSI; the PoB itself still is in O47). All were left in Omega 47.
The moment I was informed of my relocation being declined, and at the reason to, I knew what was up. I made the decision to post in the Feeback thread to inform the staff of the oversight in PoB Relocation information available to players and that the ooRP changes impact players.
Anything else is just a shot in the dark! And look who came out! I shot a cannon after flies and hit the hornets nest. Again.
The Relocation Request made public is a slight at the double standards - when you make the request is hidden, but when you point out something to the staff, its suddenly public, and used as leverage, just like an disgruntled ex does with all the stuff you talk.
Thank you for that. To any players - that location is a money printer. Grab It! Or you'll soon see a BIS / GF PoB there.
You can bring all the receipts you want, you can't bury a dead man deep enough. I knew the risks I was taking with the relocation; It wasn't some "magically" out of thin air thing. I knew who I was getting in bed with.
Anyway, Yes, I wanted to take advantage of the system! And you and Jammi foiled my plans! You dastardly kids!
No

were provided or discussed with the players. I am not the only one this situation. The main supplier for the PoBs in O48 was Gran Canaria. Not Tangier.
"We can't relocate you PoB there; choose a closer location or back to Gran Canaria" sounds more reasonable that "You're exploiting the system! You cheat!" Ha!
Its a shame the admins are actually trying to solve and be fair to the community; only for some staff members to resort to this behavior. Show's whos mature and constructive in their approach; and who's still doing shenanigans.
P.S.I am still waiting on the Dargo relocation request to be declined. I wonder why It takes so long, Its next to Gran Canaria, It doesn't have extensive RP, not a Core4; am not cheating the system, and It would certainly MITIGATE THE IMPACT OF THE CHANGES ON THE PLAYERS!

My point was and Is:
When making changes to systems that impact players, contact them before hand; don't disclose too much info; just tell them they will need to relocate somewhere within ZOI / RP boundaries - where applicable - and they should notify you of their decision - which you can decline and offer an alternative that the Staff agrees with.
For the rest, I'd like to say "Jammi and Haste are right! I'm a bad boy and they caught me"; but I can't do that.
I've asked to be relocated from an active BattleZone next to another active BattleZone; with the only changes being that Its faster to resupply the PoB and IFF to integrate with the RP. All other details were covered and could be sorted out vai RP.
More, I can print more money here If I'd have the time. 1 hour in the Battlezone with a Hegemon yields close to 1M$ just from kills. 2Hours in the BZ gets me 1k-1.5K Pilots. I've sold 5K+ of Pilots to Parkhurts for close to 4M$! But the travel time is too much! And I can't do Consumer Goods / Penal Labor with the current IFF, tho I'm closer to the sell points.
So they can take their "cheating the system" elsewhere. They got the wrong guy and are embarrassing themselves. I saw who was constructive and who is not.
The players shouldn't notify you via requests of this stuff. Now that you've been made aware, you can fix the oversights, like they did with my PoBs IFF after the relocation got declined.
P.S. OSI Nichols Weapons Platforms are orbiting the Sun in O47.

"Hi! We are reworking the system you're PoB is in.
You can relocate your PoB within ZOI and according to RP in any existing system or any new system implemented. Please research are submit a request If you want your PoB relocated in an existing system or after the patch, in a new system".
Hard ain't it?
Damn!
Once again you didn't ask to be moved to Gran Canaria but to Newcastle. As the Rock was not a mining base who lost it's ore moving it into a whole different system while it is a Core 4 especially under different IFF won't be approved. Moving a fully developed POB with a totally different rp is not really a thing that should happen.

Weapon platforms are player controlled making it once again for OSI to sort out.
