To all Bretonian forces & Bretonia Mining & Fabrication

We are under IMMINENT SIEGE at Cape Horn Foundry, Magellan System by coordinated attacks from multiple unlawful factions. Hostile forces are overwhelming our defenses and threatening the stability, assets, and lives under our protection.

All Bretonian lawful military, Corporate Organizations and law enforcement units are requested for immediate deployment and emergency reinforcements. This situation is CRITICAL; without unified Bretonia response, our position may be lost and unlawful groups may gain further foothold in Magellan.

Priority Action Needed:
- Rapid response by Bretonia Armed Forces, and Bretonian Lawfuls and Bretonian Corporations
- Strike groups and heavy assets requested for direct intervention
- Medical teams and logistics support urgently required

All available units please respond and coordinate with Space Port Federation command. Time is of the essence. Contact Cape Horn Foundry leadership for tactical coordination and reinforcement routes.

Thank you for your attention to this emergency call. We rely on the courage and unity of Bretonia in this hour of crisis. Our sources inform us that the forces will approach us at 21:00 PM UTC. We need immediate assistance.

Kind Regards,
Alex King

Mr. King,

Your distress call has been received with utmost urgency and deep concern. The Bretonia Mining and Fabrication (BMF) stands in unwavering solidarity with Cape Horn Foundry and the Space Port Federation during this brazen and despicable assault.

Our two organizations have long maintained a strong strategic and economic partnership, and Cape Horn Foundry has been vital to the continued prosperity and logistical reach of BMF operations across the sector. The Foundry’s infrastructure, personnel, and production capabilities are irreplaceable assets not only to BMF but to the broader Bretonian industrial and economicalnetwork.

The nature of this coordinated, unlawful attack is an affront to all logic thought, an attack not only on an installation, but on free commerce, industrial development, and the economical security of the Magellan corridor. Such cowardly aggression will not be tolerated, this kind of instalation serves not only Bretonian interests but also foreign ones makes zero sense.

Accordingly, I am issuing the following immediate directives:

The Knights of BMF are hereby summoned and deployed to reinforce Cape Horn Foundry without delay, the usual rewards of 5 milion Sirius credits are in place and claimable at our front desks for any kill during the expected attack time.

Support assets are being routed from nearby stations and logistical posts to assist in the defense and supply of your installation, as well as disrupting the enemy operations therefore 2.5 milion credits reward apply to any ship destruction that happens outside the expected attack time.

Repair and engineering detachments are on standby and will be dispatched via our emergency jump ships already on their way to your instalation.

BMF Board has also reaches out to affiliated corporations and our partners in the Bretonian Armed Forces to coordinate joint strategic action.

We condemn in the strongest possible terms this criminal and unprovoked attack. Rest assured that BMF will not stand idle while our allies are under fire. The response will be swift, coordinated, and decisive, i can also assure you our FULL economic support in this dire times.

Hold your ground, Mr. King. Reinforcements are en route. The courage and unity of Bretonia shall prevail.

In solidarity,

Topic: RE: EMERGENCY RREQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE

Mr King

I am writing in respect of your request for assistance for Cape Horn Foundry. Currently your installation is not entitled to the protection of the Bretonian state, meaning we do not at the present time have the discretion to render aid.

Regulation 4 of the United Kingdom of Bretonia Charter of Interstellar Law (UKBCIL) sets out pertinent requirements in respect of modular stations. Registration is only mandatory for those installations erected within Bretonian core territory.

Registration is not mandatory for installations operated in systems bordering or otherwise peripheral to Bretonian core space. Despite this, you may wish to voluntarily register, as state protection will not be extended to unregistered bases in such systems.

State protection will only apply when a relevant installation is voluntarily registered, or operated by Bretonian law enforcement, Bretonian corporate entities, or other such entities as are formally allied to the Bretonian state.

For details about installation registrations, please see the attached neural net page. Please note that in light of the current situation, voluntary registration will be subject to the extraordinary circumstances penalty, doubling the licence cost to $16,000,000.

UKBCIL r4.3 Wrote:Pricing* is as follows:
  • Zone 1: Cambridge, New London - 5,000,000 credits;
  • Zone 2: Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle - 3,000,000 credits;
  • Zone 3: Systems directly bordering Bretonia Proper - 8,000,000 credits;**
  • Additional fees***: +2 Million Credits per existing Licensed Installation within the system.
    i.e. New London license: 5 Million Credits; Current number of bases: 10, multiplied by 2 per base; total cost: 5 + 20 = 25 Million Credits

* Bases built for purpose of rebuilding/reconstruction of destroyed bases are to be exempt from base Registration Fees. Permission to build is still required.

** It is only mandatory to register installations located within Bretonia Proper, however non-Bretonian Military, Police, Intelligence or Corporate stations located beyond Bretonia Proper will not receive aid in the event of attack by hostile entities.

Neutrality may afford you additional leeway in your business dealings with (presumably) unsavoury clients, but it comes with associated costs too. This response has been formulated in consultation with the Admiralty of the Bretonian Armed Forces.

Yours sincerely
