Here is a clarification regarding the status of Unione Corse, in accordance with our laws.

The Supreme Council has resolved to treat them as Neutral, classified as “Non-affiliated personnel” under Section Five of the Interstellar Laws of the Sirius Coalition.
Accordingly, they are to be granted Green VISA clearance, as stated in Section Three of the same Laws.

To clarify: this means they are permitted to dock only at Jiangxi and Zhejiang Orbital, and are not allowed to enter the Red or Yellow zones.

You must understand that I find this development to be most concerning. Corsicans are known to be untrustworthy at best. Their motivs always concern their own benefits and benefits of Gallia, nothing more. Given their animocity with the Gaians, allowing Corsicans so near will not serve us in the long run.

Greetings, Helge Steinberg. This is Colonel Vadim Biryukov

I believe that members of the Unione Corse have already demonstrated their hypocrisy or disorganization in their lines enough by making donations for Revolution, and after that violating Coalition laws.

I ask you, Comrade Delegate, to review evidence what I have. Let's begin in order:
First, on 29.09.835, Salvatore Orsini, Captain of the Unione Corse, commanding a vessel named as UC/-MMP-Fontvieille.I, sent a donation of 200,000 Sirius Credits to the revolution.

Secondly, on 13/09/835, a Union Corse vessel, named as UC/-"Propriano" was spotted in the restricted area near Zvyozdny Gorodok, for what it was fined and deported from New Moscow.

I find it strange that one member is sending money, while another is violating our laws. They probably thought they could bribe a serviceman this way. However, I have no confirmation of such information.

According this context I can't disagree with Overseer Nemezida. We must keep eye on them, and probably even not allow give them Green Visa, but we'll see if such incidents will repeat to make as sure in that.

We Sons of Tigris have called together conference, debate, and vote within our House of Wisdom regarding this subject. Of all families, seven attended. Mediators of debate found, without doubt, that there is no answer for the concerns of Gallic society within Coalition space. Comrades, I should assure you that the Supreme Council is not blind to the true nature of the Corse, but we think they will sell us the rope to hang them later. According to the Ministry of Plenty reports, access to the Gallic grey market will accelerate our fleet’s rearmament, required to maintain momentum in Dublin.

As for their behavior within our space - I trust our comrades patrolling New Moscow to have a cold hands and to deal with any violations of our Laws strictly as it is written. In this regard, Corse are no different from any other freelancers.

Their current status remains temporary, and the final one will depend on the outcome of ongoing diplomatic negotiations. The Supreme Council will never compromise the interests of the Sirius Coalition nor those of our Allies. If there are further concerns, I will be glad to address them as well.

Meanwhile, the SSA proposals have been forwarded to the Legislative Commission and have received positive feedback in the development of temporary Yellow and Red VISAs.
