At present, I am in the process of establishing a small but stable foothold within the Vespucci system. The purpose is strictly logistical: secure comms, coordination points, and a neutral space from which certain operational matters can be handled with discretion. For this reason, I am reaching out to inquire whether the Barbados might be open to serving as a temporary base of operations.
Let me be absolutely clear, my request does not involve interfering with your passengers, your course, or the standard reputation of Orbital Spa & Cruise. I am not seeking ownership, only permission to make limited and controlled use of some of your vessel’s facilities for planning and communications.
In return, I can offer something that may be of interest to your administration.
I have access to certain… high-risk commodities, items that OS&C vessels typically refrain from transporting due to legal, political, or insurance constraints. While I understand these restrictions, the ability to discreetly redirect such goods into more appropriate hands could yield benefits for both sides, provided we handle matters with the necessary care and mutual respect.
If this proposal interests you, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss terms in a more secure channel. I value neutrality, stability, and cooperation, and I believe the Barbados could serve as a uniquely suitable platform for all three.

My Name is Stephanie Cross-Fleischhauer. I am the Wife and Right hand of my Wife, Caitlyn Cross, who is the Chairwoman of OS&C. Given your Name and the appearance of your correspondence, I assume you're a Child of Rheinland like myself. My wife is Sadly Occupied to supervise a Ship Deal at the moment, so she asked me to handle this Communication in her stead. Rest assured that I hold the same powers as the Chairwoman for this Matter.
As for the Request of the Liner Barbados serving as a "temporary base of operations", I have to decline the Request, at least officially. We at OS&C Value our Neutrality and our Good Relations with the people of Sirius and Gallia. But that doesn't mean that you can't book a VIP Cabin and receive all the Same Services and Benefits that a "temporary base of operations" would offer. Of course, this would give us at OS&C the Necessary Possible Deniability that we need should your operations lead some nosy Law Enforcement Officials or Navy personnel to our Doorstep and start asking some unwelcome Questions.
Of course, we would also not mind a Certain Contribution of yours to our Local Markets. We always value a Wide variety of Goods for our people. However, we also have some Rules, especially regarding certain medical products from Planet Malta. We only allow these Products for Personal Use on board our Vessels. But apart from this little Restriction, we would definitely welcome an increase in Business Activity on Barbados.
If you wish for total Security and Comfort, then we could do any further business negotiations here on Curacao. After all, the HQ gets checked for Bugs and other Vermin several times a day. And a Relocation to an even more secure Resort or Private Island can always be arranged should the need Arise.

It is… reassuring, in a way, to hear a Rheinland voice on the other end of the line, even under circumstances such as these.
I understand perfectly why an official authorization for the Barbados is out of the question. OS&C has a reputation to maintain, and I have no intention of creating complications for your organization or its people. Your proposal regarding a VIP cabin as a deniable alternative is acceptable in principle, the only open matter is the pricing for a longer-term arrangement. Once I have an estimate, I can confirm immediately.
As for business contributions: your restrictions regarding certain Maltese medical products are noted and will be respected. My intention was never to draw unwanted eyes to your decks; rather, to offer goods that normally move quietly through less pleasant channels and might benefit OS&C’s customers when handled with discretion.
I will prepare a list of what I can supply and forward it for review once you confirm the appropriate channel.
Regarding your suggestion of a meeting on Curacao
I agree that a controlled environment is preferable, considering the nature of what must be discussed. I will forward your invitation to my commander for approval and await his word on proceeding with formal negotiations. If he approves, I will arrange to meet your people at the location and time of your choosing.
Until then, I will stand by for your clarification on the VIP accommodations and any additional requirements OS&C may have for this arrangement.

Your offer regarding the “VIP Cabins” is understood, and I appreciate the manner in which OS&C maintains its neutrality. A workable solution is still a solution and in this case, a rather elegant one.
As discussed with my people, we are prepared to accept this arrangement.
At present, I would require four (4) VIP rooms aboard the Barbados for operational placement within the Vespucci region. The number may increase depending on future developments, but for now four will suffice.
To proceed with proper planning on our side, I kindly request the following information:
The total cost for four VIP accommodations over a longer operational period
The payment details (account, channel, or intermediary) to which we should direct the credits
Regarding commodities:
As mentioned earlier, we are able to move items that are otherwise… difficult for regular channels to acquire. At your discretion, OS&C may request deliveries of the following:
Corsair Artifacts – provenance not important for your books
Xeno-origin Relics – uncommon, valuable and acquired through private channels
Azurite Gas – gathered in the deepest of the Edge Worlds
Outside of these specialties, my unit can arrange transport of nearly any standard or uncommon cargo, requested for OS&C installations in and around the Vespucci sector. If your resorts, facilities, or personnel require anything specific, I am confident we can supply it without complications.
Finally, I acknowledge the invitation to Curacao for further negotiation.
I will attend, along with my commander, to finalize the agreement and ensure all conditions are clear and mutually beneficial.

I am glad we came to an understanding about these certain products. Now then, to the Monthly Booking Costs for a VIP Cabin on board the Barbados. As you might know, our Cabins are top of the line and the most Luxurious you can find out there. A Standard VIP Cabin, or Suite, comes with a Luxurious Bedroom, a Living Room, and a Personal Luxury Bath that can rival a Spa on a less luxurious liner. We offer these Cabins for either Singles or Groups, depending on the Needs of the Customers. That means that the Cabins can come with Multiple Bedrooms and Private Bathrooms, the living room is conceived as a shared area. The monthly Cost to rent a Cabin or Suite will be approximately 150,000 credits. So, the combined cost for all four cabins would be 600,000 credits. But the sum can, of course, be reduced by offsetting it against the small Tax that we raise on profits from the goods your pilots sell on our ship.
We hope these Prices are not blowing your Budget? As for your Delivery offer, I am sure that you are aware that many of our Wealthy Customers have a little habit of collecting and owning Goods of Dubious legal Status. Therefore, it won't be of much surprise to you that these Customers would pay top credit for rare and uncommon Xeno Relics and Artifacts. But this is one of the things that we would like to discuss in Person and not over a Neural Net Line. But let me assure you that the profits from such trades are most likely enough to pay for your Cabins for a while. We also have some Customers that collect other things, such as Weapons, Sidearms, and even whole Ships or Relics from famous people or Battles. I am sure that if you listen around a bit on the Ship, you will find many Lucrative Opportunities for Business in that Regard.
As for your Payment, we simply prefer untraceable Credit Cards that can be handed over during your Booking Procedure on the Liner itself. For everything else, I am looking forward to meeting you on Curacao soon.

your detailed response has been received and reviewed, and I am pleased to say that the proposal is fully acceptable on our end. The pricing for the four VIP cabins lies within our operational budget, and the option to offset a portion of the costs through taxed trade on the Barbados aligns perfectly with the nature of our activities.
As discussed, some of our people and clients have access to rare and unusual items, Xeno relics, Corsair-origin artifacts, and certain uncommon materials, highly suitable for collectors within your passenger base. These, of course, are meant only as examples of the goods we can bring into your markets within and around Vespucci. The finer details are better handled in person, as you suggested.
Regarding our planned meeting on Curacao:
We can confirm our arrival for 06/07 December 835. I will be present personally, accompanied by my Commander known as "The Sparrow", provided her travel conditions do not cause delays.
To express goodwill and to demonstrate the reliability of our side of this cooperation. I will bring a small selection of “samples” from the categories previously mentioned. They are intended as a gesture of respect toward OS&C and as a basis for further conversation regarding potential long-term arrangements.

I am glad that you found our Proposal Reasonable and Acceptable. We have informed the Captain of Barbadoss accordingly and have reserved the Cabins for you at your Earliest convenience. Your personnel are also welcome to use all the amenities of the liner, including its Spa, Pools, and Culinary Institutions. We have also prepared some welcome Baskets for you. Just land on board and tell the Concierge that you're there for the Cabins booked under the Name "Rabe Interstellar Shipping". We thought this might be easier than involving more people than necessary in the real deal. On Board, only the Captain and the First Officer will know who you really are. But don't worry, you will be able to attend your business without interference from us.
As for your Visit to Curacao, we look forward to meeting you and seeing the example of Goods that you have to offer. If you want a little tip on how to impress my wife, let me tell you that she has a faible for weapons. So if you can present her with a Rare Firearm, I am sure that will spark her curiosity. She is always happy to add some new and unusual ones to her collection.
As for your arrival, we would ask you to contact our Traffic Control also under the Name "Rabe Interstellar." You will then get Permission to enter the Airspace around Samson Resort. Please don't try to enter this Airspace without identifying yourself, as the Home of the Chairwoman is one of the most heavily protected places on Curacao. It is a No-Fly-Zone and Guarded by Spa-Sec Patrols and other Defensive Measures. To enter this Airspace without Prior Approval would mean risking your life.
