As was discussed, the communications link is now open.
I have said before and I do stand by these words, the endeavour we spoke about demands some time devoted to planning and calculations, even the entrance to the system alone. In the meantime, I still do insist on raising the security up at least just for a good measure. If you would require more of the technology that the Order provides for detecting and dealing with the infectees, I suppose you won't be turned away from the Dabadoru station in Omicron Delta. If you plan on venturing in Omicron Mu, remember of the Order Space regulations.
As for the matters I wanted to discuss apart from the problem of your "neighbours", the topic is kind of unusual. As you have noticed, Gallia is, or rather - was, a home to me originally. To be precise: before the Union took it's first breath and not a moment after. I would like to deal with an unresolved state of mine, and with a cause in mind - perhaps, establish even more friendly and cooperative state of relations between the Unione Corse and the Order. To elaborate, I am asking if Corse can offer more legal options for the Order's agents in terms of citizenship, that being of Provence. Of course, exclusively for usage in undercover observation operations. With me as sort of a test for that matter. Though I do understand that it too requires both thinking about and time in general.
If you have any questions - you are welcome to ask.

ENCRYPTED COMMUNICATION
Bona sera, Melusine.
Apologies for the late reply. I tasked my daughter, Capitaine Giulia Orsini, and a research crew to survey the southern end of Provence. As we have feared, an unstable Jump Hole has indeed opened there, opening the southern front of Provence to the dangers that once befell Orkney. Attached is a still from one of the gun-cam of this unstable jump hole. Grazie for opening up this channel, as I've requested you, a long time ago.
Iè, we have reinforced the security in Provence, especially the SOFP (Special Operations Forces of Provence),our paramilitary, who are normally busy combating the Outcast threat in the Taus, have been mostly recalled to make sure the southern end, now the southern front, can be secured. The Saint Florent Shipping Facility, will also have its primary goal, of being a shipping platform for Provence, changed, to allow defensive assets hosted there, to protect this southern front of Provence.
And iè, better methods of infectees detection, especially for those who have traveled far and wide, and even more so for the Corsican agents who operates in the Omicrons, would be invaluable in these uncertain times. I would gladly go to Dabadoru myself, and don't worry, my lawyers have read and explained to me the Order regulations, for the "Mandated Territories of the Order". I could go there soon enough, and finally have some reliable means of detection. And then, the suspicions that I've seen amongst the Famiglie will dissipate... At least once we get them.
As for the legal options for Order agents, we can host them, but obviously we can't print like a thousand official citizenship documents, directly linked to the Gallic Union. While we can do for some, it'll pass far more easily. In essence, we can have a relatively sizable contingent of Order agents with A.R. Provence citizenship, but beyond essentially a crew for a single capital ship... Hmm...
Orsini pauses for a moment
...Maybe “temporary worker” documentation? These are less overseen and far more easily granted. It depends on what you require, and on the scale. In any case, and for you personally, such matters would not be difficult. If your duties brings you more frequently to the A.R. Provence, we could formalize a special status or something better suited to your position. Not as a gesture, but as a practical foundation for our continued cooperation. The Commission and myself values clarity in these types of arrangements, especially with those who operate in the edge of things.
Now, back to the main subject, as we've previously discussed during our exchange in space, the Commission and myself, maintains its proposal, with the Order, and the GNI, toward Orkney, and extending to within Tau-61. The appearance of this jump hole, right in our home system... only reinforces the urgency of that expedition, to learn more about what, who, and how [they] ruined Orkney.
The details of this operation will of course, be coordinated at the appropriate level, once your intent is confirmed. We have to confirm it with the GNI as well. And of course, your presence in such a project would be of particular value.

Giallu 1: "It's near the abandoned Toulon Mining Station... About 16-18 klicks from it." Giallu 4: "Man, this is such a [EXPLETIVE] headache. Let's get back home."
