[Equipment] - Aralsk Research Station don't sell all equipment it should

Bug: Aralsk Research Station haven't full list of armor upgrades

Reproduction Steps:

• Dock on Aralsk Research Station
  
• No "Stronghold", Keep" armors selled.
  

Look like, after merging Aralsk Shipyard and Research Station into one base, equipment list for sell wasn't adjusted for Aralsk Research Station.
