[Server Config]No Bioproduce recipe

Bug: No entry in base_recipe_items produces commodity_bioproduce.

A recipe was promised:

- Added: Bioproduce, a POB alternative input for Consumer Goods, and alt product for Hydroponics.

If possible, create a small amount of bioproduce as side product of the food production chain, as well as a main recipe for mass production.

Hydroponics were reworked since; bioproduce will be considered for future recipes.or adjustments.
