[Ships] Ikazuchi is a burning mess

Bug: The Ikazuchi is a burning hot mess even at full hull.

Reproduction Steps:

• Have an Ikazuchi (good one)
  
• Launch into space
  
• Enjoy having small flames at full hull already. (Happens both in MP and SP, so not ship specific). Potentially blame the devs or the crewman trying to have a BBQ, you decide.
  
  
• As additional side note (yes yes, two issues in one bug report), the Ikazuchi still has 3x class 8 slots instead of 2x class 8 and 1x class 7.
  

Additional Information: Top and below the engine. Note: Sometimes on the sides too. It changes with dock/launch.
