Type: ServerConfig Bug: Bristol has empathy mechanics with Xenos, causing Liberty Navy pilots to bug me constantly
Reproduction Steps:
Be me, operating Bristol POBs
LN people farm Xenos because they hate honest Libertonian ways of life
LN people have Bristol stations and the like be red
LN people are angry at me
Additional Information: Should be having a rephack between Bristol and Xenos for neutrality, but not an empathy component - you don't shoot people because they've shot at the guys secretly are friends with. If intentional, would love to talk things over. Thanks.

Fix awaiting release
(Probably fixed. Bristol didn't have anything listed for Xenos in empathy.ini, but the Xenos did have a positive modifier for Bristol. I've removed that and am hoping for the best)
