Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are independent researchers. Two decades ago, we were researchers at Nansei Research Complex. Recently, we were a part of Samura Industries endeavour in Kyushu System.

We would like to enquire about the possibility of technology transfer related to base building.

We'd like to build a base with the ability to produce Kyushu Rice. As far as we knew, Samura Industries was the only legal organisation capable of producing it. So, we'd like the base to be built to be an affiliate of Samura.

We sincerely need information and help related to base building from yours. We sincerely thank you for your patience and willingness to help us.

To make sure your plans succeed, you should first answer the following questions, not just to us but to yourselves aswell:

- Where do you plan to construct your base? Is it a safe location? Is it easy to supply with Water, Consumer Goods and Alloys for maintenance?
- What purpose will the base fulfill? Any other plans besides rice farming? Rice is a labor intensive crop which requires time to grow, you might want to consider other modules to provide work opportunities in the spare time.
- Do you have the proper documentation, permits or exceptions to build your base in its desired location? Remember, your crew's safety concerns start at this decision. There are many things to consider.
- Is your base profitable? If you constantly lose money on your base, it might not be able to operate for long.

Either way, you have our blessing to go ahead, Mr. Adis. That however still means you got to respect the laws of the house or group's territory you wish to build your base in. Check your local laws and get a permit before you start construction.

[*]How we make a base with specific IFF?

After your base is constructed and you are logged in, you can use "/base rep" and your base will receive the affiliation of your current ship (make sure to check beforehand if it is correct).

[*]Do any of you have unused Heavy Lifter?

Our bases are old, and the Heavy Lifters like vanished over time. It would be easiest for you to buy your own. They are build in planetside factories on Planet Honshu.

[*]What commodities need to build a base? Just some writing or pointer about it will be sufficient.

You require big amounts of Basic Commodities like Industrial Hardware, Basic Alloy and so on. The full list is very complext though. You can find many useful information here.

You now seem well prepared. But please, do not underestimate the challenges of base building Mr. Adis. Bases require frequent upkeep to supply the crew and repair small damages. The higher your base's core level, the more it will require, so do not expand too early. I wish you best of luck!

Thank you for the quick response to the enquiry. We apologise for the tardiness of our reply. Time is, indeed, the most precious of commodities.

As researchers, we'd like to conduct various experiments in order to test the known technology, and for that we'd need a research facility. Food is one of the most needed commodities. Hence, the rice production we mentioned before, was an attempt to gain future profit for the soon-to-be-built facility.

After reviewing the data sent, we'll do the following:

2. Acquisition of commodities for base construction.
