It does sound similar yet 'I' do not view it alike as 'The Core'.

Let us simulate a situation where 'Noth' is indeed alike 'The Core'. They will try to sell some technologies to other groups in order to have an income of revenue. However, the wording chosen according to you, it suggests it will only benefit his group according to 'my' understanding.
