I don't think it's worth sweating. We can all make a ship and play a little outside our own wheelhouse for two days. It keeps the world feeling large when not every event concerns every faction. Been eons since I played Rheinland Lawful.

It's worth letting people who are making events know that there's an audience for this content among our respective factions. Most people probably wouldn't bother with developing a specific character or faction if they didn't really care who to play.

lmao true
Guys, you are over-exaggerating the role of your faction in an event that is organized for those factions that by default inhabit the Omegas and have figured in them as major figures throughout the history of Discovery. At least, everyone, with the exception of the Police of the Houses of Bretonia and Rheinland (whose presence here I sincerely do not understand, but perhaps it is forgivable for them, perhaps simply for the sake of activity in these two NPC factions or their official analogues).
Like, you don't need to have your ID on the list to participate. Just log, come, pewpew/RP/something else you'd like to do in that event.
Discovery is a server of dreams. And I'm a big dreamer.
Boy I sure am glad we're discussing the event in this event thread, and not just being passive aggressive at each other for no reason. That's what event threads are for after all.
No wonder those that try and organise Events just give up and quit after a time.
If people had a little patience, I am sure their individual 'Factions' would get a turn.
Instead of being ingrates, people should be happy that others are willing to organise things for them to do.
'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person
