Bug: Transports soak up the damage of torpedos in 90% of all cases

Reproduction Steps:

• Find a transport
  
• Deshield
  
• Fire a nova torpedo
  

Additional Information: Sometimes it will hit, but most of the cases the torpedo just disappears, although it would theoretically hit.

Nova torpedos have arming time. They need to fly a certain amount of time before they'll explode. You're probably firing them too close.

Nova torpedos have arming time. They need to fly a certain amount of time before they'll explode. You're probably firing them too close.

I'm relativly close to my targets, true. But this works on capitals too?
I also already tried to shoot the torpedos from a longer range - same effect.
The torpedoes, which have hit, were shoot from a closer distance.

It's not arming DISTANCE, it's arming TIME. It's listed on the weapon's infocard, let me know if you believe it still doesn't work after timing it.
