Hello, Captain Franklin

We at the Headquarters are happy to hear that you have fixed the engine problems of the Reverie. This is very good news indeed. We can also see that you have visited our Newest acquisition to the Orbital Family from the Pictures you sent to us. I hope you find the Newly Acquired Cannes Resort Station to your liking. We have some plans for an extensive renovation of the station in the coming months, so you can still see her in her old glory.

As for the Reverie, we are happy to see that she is back in action. The Reverie is, after all, one of our most Popular vessels in the fleet. It's always good to have some luck to solve Problems, and as it seems, the Reverie was sailing under a Lucky Star on her Trip to Gallia. I am happy that this Lucky meeting led to the solving of this Rather Large Problem. I am happy to see the Reverie on the Regular Service again. I also want to send a thank you to the Woman who brought one of our most Popular ships back on Track. I think a 2-week all-inclusive Vacation on an Orbital Destination of her Choice should be a Nice Reward for her. I will also make sure that she gets some Pocket Money to spend on some nice things during her holiday as well. I am sure that you can arrange that, and the Company will reimburse you for your Expenses.

For now, I wish you wonderful Cruises.

Safe Skys,
Caitlyn Cross

Dear colleagues, Directorin,

I am writing to inform you that the preliminary work on the recently reactivated Pilgrim, once known as the E.V. Morgenstern, has been completed. Shortly, we will approach the Rheinland Ministry of Culture to certify the authenticity of our discovery.

At the same time, inspired both by the boldness of our colleagues across the Liberty border and, not least, by what we uncovered aboard the Morgenstern, I have secured for the company our very first Bulwark.

Director, I know that some months ago you had approached Bristol with the intent of acquiring one to be converted into an exploration yacht, only to be met with a negative response. That made me wonder: why not use such a vessel for what it was truly conceived? A genuine exploration ship.

Think about it—why leave the burden and responsibility to the individual captains of the Triton to find new routes and new wonders, when we could do it ourselves with a ship purpose-built for just that? Bristol have shown foresight and approved my proposal; I hope the company here will be equally forward-looking.

Should you wish to discuss the matter further, Director, you know where to find me on Baden Baden. I already have several ideas buzzing in my head.

Unsere herzlichsten Grüße,
Herman Schmidt und das Team von Baden Baden.

Subject: Fleet "Coming Home!"

Bonne journée, I hope this communication finds you well

Thank you for your kind words, warm welcome and confident support regarding what we can bring into the Orbital Spa and Cruise family. The ragtag fleet comprising my holding from my fathers ex-business is currently moving through Cortez. We will soon be entering the orbit of Curacao from which I will dock my personal Regent Class yacht, Zulora, and report straight to Headquarters for initiation, orientation and planning for the accompanying vessels in my group, comprising
  • Oasis Passenger Liner - in need of new livery and probably a refurbishment to bring to OS&C standards
  • Pachyderme Advanced Train - basically just needing a new livery including ONC designation
  • Dorado - in need of new livery and probably a refurbishment to bring to OS&C standards
Ships that fly but need more work, possibly for the mothball fleet
  • Shukensha Luxury Liner - serviceable but needs major overhaul probably back to the Tsukishima Yards but would then make a good WSL vessel
Ships that are still airtight but for cost effective reasons may need scrapping
  • Enterprise Luxury Liner
  • Heavy Tanker
  • Armoured Transport
Hopefully this gives you an idea of what remains of the previous fleet, a small number of vessels where each filled a niche role which however may not be suitable as OS&C rebuilds and expands, all for discussion as we come under your parent wing.

Salutations,

Abbie Plantago

---- OS&C Legal Offices ----

Esteemed Dear Captains and Crew Members,

We are fully aware that receiving a notification originating from the Company’s Legal Department may have caused some initial concern; please be assured, however, that the present communication is intended solely as an internal operational notice.

We are pleased to inform you that, following the coordinated efforts of our subdirectors and their respective teams, the flagship of the Triton Fleet, TE-Karuizawa, has obtained authorization to operate within the territories of the Crayter Republic and the Auxo Technocracy.

Captains and crews assigned to the Karuizawa are hereby requested to adhere strictly to the following operational guidelines while operating within the aforementioned jurisdictions:

[+]Karuizawa guidelines for Crayter Republic and Auxo Technocracy
- to refrain from direct transit between the two territories, or, at a minimum, to avoid disclosing to local military or inspection authorities—should any inspection or control occur—that voyages have been conducted within the other jurisdiction;

- to avoid any reference to the concurrent existence of transit arrangements with both States;

- to maintain a minimum distance of twenty (20) clicks from Valravn Citadel, except in cases of verified medical emergencies or substantiated structural emergencies affecting the vessel.

With regard to captains operating across all Company fleets—possibly excluding those of the White Star Line—we further wish to advise that, under the coordination of Subdirector Balzac, our team has successfully reached an understanding with the government of the Gallic Union concerning access to the Tau-23- Languedoc corridor.

The logistical advantages of this development are self-evident, particularly with respect to reduced transit times to and from Riviera resort and Cannes for goods originating from Kingdom of Bretonia and Kusari.
It is, of course, understood by all parties involved that goods exported from Gallia are, in principle, not intended to transit through this corridor under the current embargo regime.

That said, captains are expected to be fully aware of the practical distinction between what is formally discouraged and what is operationally permitted when properly framed as transit. All movements through Tau-23 are therefore to be treated strictly as mere passage, with no commercial activity conducted or declared within the corridor itself.

[+]Code of Conduct
- Accordingly, all captains transiting the corridor—especially those assigned to the ONE Division—are advised to exercise the highest degree of operational discretion.

- In the event of inspection, detention, or questioning by Crayter, Bretonian, or Kusari naval authorities within Tau-23, captains shall explicitly declare Tau-44 as the intended destination, presenting corresponding bills of lading and routing documentation, specifically identifying the luxury liner Argenton.

- Should the vessel be found in possession of goods subject to embargo, captains are instructed to state—clearly and consistently—that the passage through Tau-23 constitutes a mere transit through a disputed or contested jurisdiction, undertaken solely for the purpose of reaching a station under the administration of the Gallic Union.
Such passage is to be characterized as functionally equivalent to access to a Gallic exclave reached via non-Gallic or contested space.

- It should be emphasized that this passage does not constitute an export outside Gallic jurisdiction and does not alter the legal status of the cargo. The determining factors for embargo compliance remain the origin and final destination of the goods, both of which fall within Gallic Union administration.

- Captains are advised not to characterize the transit as commercial activity conducted within Tau-23 itself, nor to acknowledge any change in the legal status of the cargo during passage.

-No further legal interpretation is to be offered on board. Captains should avoid debating sovereignty, recognition, or enforcement policy, and should refrain from speculative or political statements.

- Captains encountering sustained objection or detention are instructed to curtail further discussion and to contact Company offices without delay, so that the matter may be addressed at the appropriate institutional level.

On behalf of the entire team, we wish you safe operations and a productive weekend.

Subject: "Fleet" upgrading

Bonne journée,

All of my "fleet" has now arrived either at Curacao or transited to the mothball fleet location. The journey together with a more in-depth appraisal of the vessels has resulted in the need for amendments to the original "fleet" announcement.

In particular the Oasis Passenger Liner is in a much more degraded state that anticipated. On deep inspection there is servere fatigue throughout the thrust structure with cracks permeating in many of the engine mountings and some distortion within the payload attachment points. It is envisaged by the surveyors that this major structural damage would not make repair an economically viable route to take. Whilst parts can be salvaged it would be reckless to try and maintain this aging vessel. (Detailed report sent via direct messenger).

This in not the only detrimental news, the Armoured Transport is also only fit for parts, this was however originally flagged so is not as problematic as the Liner, or as expensive to replace if this niche vessel is needed.

One a slightly brighter note the Shukensha Luxury Liner, originally described as "serviceable but needs major overhaul" turns out to be an accurate, or even a little pessimistic statement. The structure of the vessel is remarkably sound, probably due to its modest flight time, and the engines and other engineering support systems just need servicing and refurbishing to current specifications. The passenger compartments however will need a complete rebuild especially if this vessel is destined for a cutting edge White Star Line experience.

It is with a WSL designation in mind that I seek approval for this vessel to be committed to this route. It is envisaged that this can be accomplished with funds from "my company" without extra OS&C investment. It would of course utilise all of my incoming funds but would of course mark the final amalgamation of the ships into the overall Orbital Spa and Cruise portfolio.

Salutations,

Hello, Captain Plantago

I have read your Reports with Great Curiosity—both your Original and the new follow-up. I have to say that it always saddens me to hear when a liner reaches the end of its lifespan. Especially as my own Red Velvet Club now nears 100 Years of Service. But I also have to admit that I take extensive Care of her and give her more time in the Drydocks than a Normal OS&C Liner gets per year. Plus, my Junker Origins allow me to notice most Damage much sooner than the average Captain. My wife calls it my "Junker Voodoo" when I can feel it when something on board isn't running quite right.

I am sure the Mothball Officers will consider the damage when they have to move the liner. For now, it sounds like Liner will be good for spare parts and maybe some Crew Disaster Training. We will not consider her for a third party Sale in these conditions and will exclude her from the Used Ship Sales Lists. She can still be of use to us, and we will make sure to give the old Lady an Respectfull Retirement. She served well and Deserves these kind of Respect. If you need a Replacement for the Oasis i am sure we can find one that is serviceable in the Mothball Yard, or we can simply order a Brand New one from our friends at Baltimore.

The Armored Transport was already Flaged as a Mothballed Spare Parts Donor. These Ships are Truely the Workhorses of OS&C Secure Transportation. Sturdy and Reliable with a hull that lets it survive long enough under fire till help arrives. I am sure that we can make some use of the parts, especially the armor plating. These are, after all, highly sought about items to upgrade ships for the more dangerous parts of Space.

Now lets come to the good news. The Shukensha is truly a Marvel of Engineering, and our friends from Kusari have built a Ship that is in its own League of Luxury and Specialty. I am glad to hear that the ship is in better shape than originally expected. We will still book some Time in the Dry Dock at Baltimore for your vessel. But if you, as the Capitan see it necessary, we can also send her up to the Tsukishima Liner Yards. I have also spoken with the OS&C Design Department, and a group of our Best Interior Designers and Craftsmen will be on the way to your Ship soon. We can bring the Ship up to the Standard that you wish her to have. I have to confess that I am curious what kind of Theme you will give to your liner. After all, this can be considered somewhat vital to the kind of guests that you hope to attract. I myself have always preferred a healthy mix of Luxury and down-to-earthness to attract a Diverse mix of Passengers. After all, i cant Stand the High and Mighty for too Long before they bore me to death.

Anyways, once the Shukensha is ready to Enter Regular Service i see no Problem at all why she shouldn't be able to join the prestigious White Star Line Family. As for your Funds you should not be worried about this. After all, we have to pay you for the Mothballed Ships. Even when they aren't able to be in Active Service anymore, the parts are still Highly Valuable on the Secondary Market if we were to sell them. But even when we don't sell them and use them ourself we still pay the market value for them. I think this should be a nice boost to your Reconstruction Project. And before you Complain i have already given orders to accounting to send the money over to your Accounts.

For now i would again want to thank you for your Verry Detailed Report. If you need any help, please just ask u,s and we will send anything you need.

Safe Skys,
