You're a man of honor and you can be decisive when you need to, it is an honour to find shelter among the Hessians and you've given us more than we had asked for. Freital in Omega-11 is more than enough to provide a safe residence our personnel and service our assets, I'll provide a full cargo manifest and you can inspect it to erase any doubts that you may harbour. The tricky part is servicing HFB-Polyphemus and [TF]-TFC-Redeemer, our two capital ships, an Arbiter and a Judicator cruiser, we may require access to your shipyard's maintenance facilities. As per our agreement for the temporary shelter, our manpower will assist the Hessian forces and Tartarus will respect your diplomatic relations in the region.
I've excluded arms & munitions from that list as we're categorizing them separately for safety and security reasons, it will be sent to you personally in a timely manner.
