[Server Config?] Bug summary - Core ID'd ships are neutral white with AI

Type: Server Config?
Bug: Gammu Artificial Intelligence appear neutral with a Core ID'd ship which is surprisingly confusing to me. I do not know if it is intended though so I prefer reporting it as a bug.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Use any ship with a Core ID (fresh restart maybe)
  
• Step 2 Travel to Kappa to see Gammu
  
• Step 3 Notice it is white instead of red

Core are currently rephacked to neutral nodock to AI, but this should be hostile. Will need to be actioned by admins.
