Coordinates provided by you was checked. Cruise liner was detected here. Its ownership is unknown, but it appears to be operational and not abandoned. Reconnaissance was conducted using the "Cloak" technology. Below I have attached footage of this liner.

No markings?
Well, we won’t go any further like this. Even if we attempt to strike the ship, it will simply retreat under Elbe cover.
Anyway, comrades. Situation update.
HWE themselves have weighed in and ordered to keep cargo for detailed analysis, as well as lure out whoever is behind this contract. The situation is highly reminiscent of the cultist activity from a decade ago, so it would be smarter not to give them what they want.
CPS-Rebirth is to unload the cargo at the CBG confiscation depot. Dispatch an engineering team to inspect it.
I know this comes late, but we must be certain it won’t simply detonate the moment we refuse to play their game.
>Sender: Commissar Victor Clark >Source: Volgograd, Omega-52 >Subject: Destroyer Seliger inspection
Clark reporting in regarding destroyer Seliger situation. Me and comrade Schwartz have finished inspection of the former Coalition vessel.
As per standard instructions, we have successfully retrieved the following:
Engineering section black box;
Living quarters black box;
Living quarters survelliance black box;
Bridge black box;
Navigation computer black box and memory dump;
Ship commissar terminal;
Ministry of Truth emergency radio transciever;
Complete ship commissar equipment kit.
Schwartz has also found the ship's former commissar remains. The body was laying in the upper locker compartment of the commissar's post, bearing incised wound being either claw marks, or something else completely. Platformers provided us with means to transport the body in a secure container. Elevated security protocols must be in order due to possible contamination if an examination is in order. HWE must be notified of this.
On a side note, there were also some "Platform engineering shenanigans" present that we were softly pressed not to inspect, something of "religious interest". If I am allowed to elaborate, there's something suspicious in there. Must require additional intel to be gathered.
