First, our thanks to both of your organizations—your support is the reason we can still endure on the farthest fringe of Sirius.
Now that the situation has stabilized, we’re ready to begin our next major initiative: reinforcing Corfu.
With threats mounting on every side, we expect Corfu to draw the attention of at least one major player—either the Corsairs, because we refuse to be subjugated, or the Nomad-infected, whose presence has surged in recent months. Phoenix has therefore decided to invest heavily in Corfu’s upgrades. With Freeport 9 under Corsair control, the Omicrons have effectively lost a crucial trade hub; few will choose to dock at a “Freeport” administered by the Imperio. In parallel, we must restore Theta’s food independence by constructing new biodomes on-station.
That is why we are contacting you both. We require Rheinland engineering to help expand and harden Corfu:
- Ablative armor: Deliver plate to Sparta so we can integrate it into our new iridium/osmium reinforced armor; completed sections will be shipped onward to Corfu by ouselves.
- Biodome materials & fabrication: We know this is traditionally Synth Foods/Liberty territory, but given their current posture we prefer Rheinland partners with the capability to build these assemblies. Kadesh already operates advanced biodomes; we’re prepared to share technical data (under appropriate safeguards) to accelerate your production.
In return, you will have priority access to purchase iridium and other deep-Omega resources from our stations.
If you’re interested, confirm and I’ll provide the detailed specifications, quantities, and logistics windows.
Unfortunate news about Weiss, they were accustomed to the deep Omicrons. I’ll try to verify those reports.
In any case, I’m confident that, you, Mr. Gehrig and Daumann will be up to the task, as ever.
If you’re familiar with the Omega sector, a new opportunity has arisen: we’ve established the Sparta Complex in Omega-55, in orbit around Planet Rügen.
Several new rifts have opened in and around the system.
For the first phase of our work, we’ll require:
30,000 units of Ablative Armor delivered to Sparta.
10,000 units of Biodome Materials to Corfu, once we provide you with the schematics.
Given regional risks, we’re offering 200 SC per unit for Ablatives and 250 SC per unit for Biodome components. We can also arrange escort, subject to pilot availability.
If these terms are satisfactory, I’ll instruct the quartermaster to set the prices accordingly.
A new transponder address has been included for communication between Weiss Shipping and Phoenix. Please block traffic to the previous one, as it is compromised. Please report any sightings of Weiss tagged ships GG-Abendort, Engel-4, and Engel-7 on the new channel, once established.
Weiss Shipping would like to know where Sparta Station (?) is located before discussing delivery of Rheinland core world materials. Supplying Corfu is currently available in large bulk, but will require client confirmation on the other matters listed.
It is good news to hear that Weiss is still up to the task. As for the three names you mentioned, we have not encountered them so far.
For clarity: Sparta Complex is located in Omega-55, slightly south of Bornholm. It remains a hostile environment, so to reduce risk we can reroute all materials to Corfu, and we will handle onward transfer and deployment ourselves.
This, however, is only phase one. Once the new superstructure is in place and able to support additional modules, we will return with follow-on requirements.
Until then, thank you for your continued cooperation.
Omega-55 is definitely a high risk delivery, and would overshoot your pricing. We can, of course, do the Corfu delivery as part of our regular Border World shipping at these rates. Before we route shipping, our company would like more details on the following:
Whether the quota cited is a one-time delivery, or does Phoenix wish to schedule multiple?
Would the security detail be provided for every delivery, and would it extend to the eventual Omega-55 site?
Weiss management would like to exchange data on recent events in the Omega systems, as well as an update on Phoenix-managed space in the Omicrons. To this end, Weiss XO Herr Lieber would like to invite a suitable Phoenix representative to a meeting on Freeport 8 within a reasonable timeframe.
As I believe this information will be useful to you both:
To your first question: this shipment is only one of several. The initial delivery will be used to lay the groundwork for the station’s expansion: more storage space, and the first structural phase.
To your second point: yes, we can assign ships to support the Sigma entry. The Omegas are currently in too much turmoil; with access to the deep Omega corridors, most of our assigned fleet in this area is already fully committed.
That said, we can detail the operational plan during the meeting. In the meantime, could you extend the invitation to DHC as well? You will not be competing with one another. We require both parties for different segments of the project. Daumann’s support was invaluable during the construction of Kadesh, thanks to their heavy machinery and expertise, and your transport capacity will be essential for moving the bulk commodities this effort will require.
If Daumann agrees to attend, I will personally set course for Freeport 8.

Guten abend herr Cayran.
My sincere apologies for not responding sooner. One of our colleagues have been absent on sick leave for a while, and they neglected to forward their communications with you, Thus we were in the dark about this matter for a while.
We'd be happy to follow up with a meeting, in person. If you have some dates in mind, please let us know, and we'll coordinate.
As for docking facilities, what's the biggest ships your mooring points can accommodate? We have some lumbering giants, that while slow, would work wonderfully for these kinds of tasks.

I was informed Daumann would most likely give a favorable answer if they haven't already. As the previous message relayed, I would leave exact date and time specifics to yourself and any relevant party you may bring along. Do give a few days prior warning, so that amenities could be prepared. The Freeport would thank us for being less abrupt.
Mit verbindlichen Grüßen,
Executive Officer Klaus Lieber,
