I've tried MND,Rheinland Military,and I cannot buy the Buro Des Marinenachrichtendiensts I.D because it says I have the wrong I.D???
Where am I going wrong?

Official faction IDs can only be purchased by the members of that official faction. You have to join one via forums/discord, get the approval, and then they give you the ID.
