[Missions] NPCs in Omicron Beta missions standing still after they spawn

Bug:NPCs are standing still after mission starts.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 - Pick a Mission from Ruiz Base Omicron Beta
  
• Step 2 - Go to the Mission
  
• Step 3 - NPCs are standing still and not moving (GMG + Outcasts)
  

Additional Information: Pick a mission from Ruiz Omicron Beta (mine was from NPC in the bar to destroy Weapon Platforms). When you go to the mission, all the NPCs (even allies) just stop moving and sitting still (GMG + Outcasts).

Haven't been able to replicate. Sometimes this does happen in multiplayer due to a FLServer error, it fixes itself on restart. If you notice this happening again, either in single player or persistently following a restart, let us know and we'll investigate.
