I pointed out how interesting it is that you can refit a mining platform ship with capital weapons. I send this message to you as I am interested in procuring one for the Nesho'en as I might've already said. I cant reveal too many details, but certain moves are being pulled across the board which require bolstering our defense in certain areas.

Shana, it is so good to hear from you. I spent some time brainstorming, and unfortunately I’m hitting a brick wall in getting the hardware in ways that won’t trip the Old Man.
My immediate thought was simply taking a prize in Galileo. Four interest groups all glaring daggers at each other, all wielding Hegemons of varying levels of maintenance to mine Platinum Liberty says is DSE’s property in that radiation-filled nightmare. This is my preferred option simply because it’s the cleanest.
Perhaps as the conflict in Galileo reaches a flashpoint, one could be acquired in the Bristol fire sale. I have dismissed this out of hand, anything involving a mass transfer of funds and waiting is right out.
The LSF could theoretically pull such a mining platform off the line and hand it off to your crew. However, you would be open wide to all kinds of surveillance they’d have planted on it, and frankly does the neural net need more leaked images of Kusari baddies? It’s possible, but undesirable. My second choice, one I’m swallowing my tongue to even give voice to.
Reaching out to the Republic of Dublin would be impractical.
The problem is the area. There is only really one general area where one can smash and grab a Hegemon at all, and that’s Galileo.
I have to cut this short for now, but I have one last nugget: If you happen to have a platoon of marines you can call, it’ll cut the nastiest knot for the best plan I could come up with. If they can stomach a few days billeted on the Flaming Rose, we can get this done with as little overhead as possible.

Well I'll be damned, I wasn't expecting you to come forward with a plan so quickly. It seems we have reached a wall when it comes to logistics huh. I don't know about the "old man" but I can agree that dragging one of those platforms in all the way from Dublin would be impractical. Wont even consider the LSF for obvious reasons, even if they can prove useful at times.
Marines though? Hmm. Personally, I can't really afford to send more than one or two of my kin, their training makes them worth a lot more than just two simple soldiers though. But if its numbers that you need we could always hire some guns from a more criminogenic private contractor, the question only being which?
I'll try to find a contact, but if you have any ideas on who I could reach out to do point me in the right direction and I'll handle everything. The hiring, the paying, and if necessary after completing your operation...disposal. That is if you decide you don't want any unreliable witnesses to our little deal here.
