Dear Members of the Board,

In the context of increasing market concentration, escalating competitive pressure, and limited governmental support from Rheinland, I consider it necessary to initiate structural measures aimed at strengthening the production and strategic position of Krüger Mineralien.

Given the depletion of key deposits in the “Dresden” system, the ongoing threats posed by the Red Hessian Army, and the continued obstruction by the Gas Miners Guild regarding helium-3 supplies required to ensure the stable operation of the “Mannheim” base, I propose the deployment of a modular base in the “Omega-7” system.

“Omega-7” possesses confirmed reserves of silver and cobalt and represents the most promising direction for expanding extraction operations. The establishment of a modular base will allow us to:

— centralize management of extraction and primary processing;
— reduce logistical costs and minimize transport losses;
— strengthen infrastructure security;
— ensure rapid scalability of operational capacity;
— reinforce the company’s position amid competition with the Independent Miners Guild and Daumann Heavy Construction.

The modular deployment format ensures reduced capital expenditures, accelerated commissioning, and operational autonomy in the event of external pressure.

I consider the implementation of this project strategically essential for stabilizing our resource base, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the “Mannheim” station, and restoring the sustainable position of Krüger Mineralien in the region.

Respectfully,
Hans Dietrich Krüger

Name: Hans Dietrich Krüger
Place of Birth: Industrial sector of the “Dresden” system
Specialization: deep extraction, crisis management, security of resource routes
Hans Dietrich Krüger began his career as a rank-and-file miner in the “Dresden” system, at a time when most deposits there were considered nearly depleted. He worked in high-risk, low-yield sectors, focusing on the exploration of hard-to-reach veins. He participated in initiatives aimed at additional geological surveys, advocating for a systematic approach to identifying concealed reserves. His proposals on optimizing drilling cycles and reallocating equipment reduced operational costs in exhausted fields.
During the escalation of conflict between Krüger Mineralien and the Gas Miners Guild, he was reassigned to the “Omega-7” system, where he oversaw silver and cobalt extraction under intense competition from the Independent Miners Guild and pressure from Daumann Heavy Construction. He established internal convoy security standards and tightened logistical oversight, reducing material losses during transport.
When the Red Hessian Army intensified operations in the “Dresden” region, he coordinated production units with the company’s security fleet. He ensured personnel evacuation from vulnerable facilities and restored mining operations following armed incidents. He upheld the principle of autonomous base resilience without reliance on external support from the government of Rheinland.
He was later assigned to the strategically critical “Mannheim” station, a key asset of Krüger Mineralien specializing in hydrogen fuel production. He contributed to the development of helium-3 intake and storage protocols required to support the military and federal police of Rheinland. He supported intelligence gathering on the activities of the Gas Miners Guild, advocating a pragmatic negotiation stance while maintaining firm control over resource management.
Krüger is known for his emphasis on discipline, cost minimization, and technological modernization within an increasingly oligopsonistic market. He prioritizes strengthening base autonomy, improving extraction efficiency, and ensuring uninterrupted helium-3 deliveries to “Mannheim” regardless of external pressure.

▰ Subject: Confirmation of the Deployment of Base “Maulwurf”

Dear Members of the Board,

In accordance with the previously approved expansion strategy in the Omega-7 system, I hereby confirm the completion of the deployment of the modular base “Maulwurf.”

The facility has been commissioned at the following coordinates: −5636 10234 −487.

The infrastructure has been fully integrated into the company’s production framework. Deployment of the production modules has commenced and they will begin operating under standard conditions in the near future. The security system has been upgraded to an enhanced protocol in light of external risks. Logistical routes have been synchronized with those of Krüger.

The deployment was completed within the approved budget and on an accelerated timeline due to the modular architecture. The “Maulwurf” base ensures operational autonomy, scalable silver and cobalt extraction, and establishes a stable strategic foothold for the company in the Omega-7 system.

The project has been implemented in full and aligns with the strategic objectives of Krüger Mineralien.

I kindly request that you consider incorporating our new company into the staffing structure of the parent company, Krüger Mineralien. My curriculum vitae was previously submitted as an attachment to the prior message.

We look forward to a favorable decision. Our cooperation under your leadership will contribute to the benefit of our corporation.

Hans Dietrich Krüger

Dear Members of the Board,

I hereby inform you that the Maulverf base facility has been fully commissioned. The production lines are operating under normal conditions, and silver extraction and processing are proceeding in accordance with the approved performance targets.

The control systems have been stabilized, logistical chains have been optimized, and raw material shipments are being carried out without deviation. The production modules are demonstrating the projected level of efficiency.

At the same time, further modernization work on the station is underway. This includes upgrades to the power units, optimization of processing circuits, and reinforcement of security systems. These measures are intended to increase productivity, expand extraction capacity, and strengthen the strategic resilience of the facility within the Omega-7 system.

The project continues to develop in line with the long-term strategy of Krüger Mineralien.
