Somewhere on a remote access terminal in the Kieya Woods of Gran Canaria, one Nanami Hanamura, sister of one of Kusari's most wanted, who only recently, rejoined the land of the living following a certain incident, places her vote for the Kusari Commoners' Party.

"If what Nodoka-nee-chan said was right.. these are the right people for our home.. I just wish we could go home." She says, as she closes the vote window following secure submission.

The votes for my characters:

Minamoto Shimei (KNF): "I vote for the Kusari Sunrise Party. We need to focus on the defence of the nation, as war with Liberty is imminent. While I do not believe that Liberty would be able to enter Shikoku, it is nontheless vital for us to be protected at all costs. The ever growing Gallic threat in the Taus are also concerning, and with Bretonia busy in Dublin, we may need to be the ones that carry the fight forward"

Capt. Mizuki Kitai of the SIS-Kanto (Samura): "The Ninkyō Dantai is what is best for our nation. Synth Foods have made the agriculture sector in Kusari mush worse, as independent farms in Kyushu cannot compete with the enourmous amount of credits that they have. As for the Hogosha, they are an important part of Kusari, we cannot live without them. It would have been nice for the party to have said something about Kurile, though I assume that there will be mediation"

Inoue Rin (Former KOI, current Freelance pilot): "Following the turmoil of the civil war and the compromise government formed as a result of it, I feel that Kusari needs to turn its gaze inward, and focus on resolving issues that plague the common people of our great House. I feel that of the parties, United Kusari reflects these goals as accurately as possible, and I will be casting my vote for them in the current election.

Mitsuo Akihiro made his way to New Tokyo upon receiving news of the start of the electoral campaign. He pledged his support behind the Sunrise Party, as he has done in elections past, claiming that Kusari relies on careful diplomatic maneuvering supported up by its formidable and able Naval Forces. He also spoke at length, with officials, on the danger of caving in to Liberty's demands and warned against capitulating before Manhattan without, if so fate dictates, engaging in open conflict beyond the relative lawlessness of the Independent Worlds.

Takahiro Shimoda, a Nito Kaisa aboard the IKN Ibaraki and close confidant of Lord Mitsuo, also came to New Tokyo on that same day. He, however, would pledge his vote behind the Hanazono Party, for he believed that ultramilitarism and an ideological purification of the state and its people would make Kusari a nation united in one mind, one goal, and one purpose, behind the Emperor, and marching forward in unison to sweep away any threats, be they foreign or otherwise.

Emily Furukawa, CEO of Ionic Inc., when asked about the parliamentary election at a press conference: "We are an apolitical academic institution. It should go without saying that we do not endorse candidates or parties, or recommend them to our faculty or our students. Political advertising is banned on our campus.
That said, I don't mind telling you that I will personally be giving my vote to United Kusari. I think some of our....institutions could use a fresh wind. You can imagine that as a woman in business, and one of mixed ancestry at that, I have some experiences with- there is a beep from her pad And that's all I have time for, thank you."

Kei Sugirido, general floor manager at a Musubi Motor Works, along with his two assistant managers, Kensuke "Johnny" Sasaki and Rei Mogumo, will be casting our votes for the Hanazono(花園) Party as they are the only ones with the vision and purpose to rally a weakened Kusari back into a position of strength.

A medium-tall, slender woman dressed in black sat in the dark of her small apartment late into the night. Her face was lit only by the terminal screen’s faint glow on the desk before her. She read at length, scrolling through the political parties and the candidates themselves, occasionally sipping herbal tea from a small cup as raindrops pattered softly against the reinforced windowpanes of her apartment.

Then she leaned toward the terminal’s lens, and her otherwise dark-brown eyes flashed gold as the cybernetic lens implants verified her identity: Ayakashi, a KOI operative. A light tap on the spacebar confirmed her choice: the Sunrise Party.

Satori Mitsunobo, though most often referred to as Agent "Raiden" of the Takemikazuchi, believed that dedicating his own time to a feign concept such as governmental votes was rather wasteful. In his mind, every outcome has long been structurized and predeterimend long ago, yet one thing he knew for certain - that every piece of the system served Kusari's betterment one way or another, and that he was one of the few tiny cogs in the entire mechanism.

As a servant of the Emperor, however, he had to make a statement in a checkmark. Though in every candidate's promise there was a fishing hook that heralded long-term troubles for Kusari, the stance provided by the Hanazono(花園) Party was the one most alluring to Raiden's views. The vote was cast. The fish took the bait. Time would only show if their committment to the betterment of Kusari was genuine or if it was yet another mask used by those willing to weaken an already disgraced nation even further.

Lord Satou Hirokazu of the Kumamoto Region on Planet Kyushu votes for the Ninkyō Dantai as the most sensible option to secure his family's business interests.

As members of the Nikkyo Consortium, a Hogosha cell backing the very party they are about to cast their vote for, the Yoshikawa Family members Ringo and Sayori both vote for the Ninkyō Dantai.

// Attributed to @Couden but the banned clown enjoyer can't submit it himself, so it's done via a proxy submission by me.
