The template for the report can be found below. The report can be posted by the Official Faction Leader or the official faction's shared forum account.

An active member is a player who has logged at least 3 hours this quarter on a faction ship they personally own. New recruits to the faction also count towards this number, so long as their recruitment is documented on the forum.

You may want to run a faction rolecall for the end of each quarter to help with judging this.

What are your faction’s goals for the next quarter?
Hold a different event. Get Kishar to finally respond to me so we can deploy infected Valor FOB since zero nomad FOB implemented yet.

What have you done to drive activity and promote high quality roleplay this quarter?
Log on. Generally people don't want to roleplay with Nomads, they want to shoot them. And failing that, they log off because they're powertraders. idk Wesker is back maybe he'll chat.

How would you like your NPC faction’s story to be developed moving forward?
Death! Destruction! War! Tragedy! WMDs even though Jammi won't let me have them! The antagonists would like to antagonize! Next event I intend to change how things work so that LogOffcovery Disconnectlancer isn't optimal gameplay.

What roleplay, events, or activities have you done this quarter to promote this development?
This event.
Also this roleplay was started for the FOB but eternal response wait from someone who doesn't enjoy the game due to community and development choices and therefore doesn't want to play anymore.

What have you done to advance your faction’s goals this quarter?
Continued fostering relations with various unlawful elements in Liberty (Xenos) and Bretonia (Mollys) to assist with disruptive elements. Efforts to reverse engineer leaked jump drive schematics as well as developing countermeasures from existing jump hole stabilization technologies that the MND already has are underway. We are also in the process of working on V's NEUROTOXIN project

We will be continuing R&D for jump tech, jump countermeasures, and NEUROTOXIN. We will also continue our current

We have over nine days of in game activity (as of 2026/03/05), multiple in game and on forums roleplay threads developing our aims, and we're currently in the middle of a roleplay micro-event stemming from a storyteller plot in which we bountied our own ships (oorp).

How would you like your NPC faction’s story to be developed moving forward?
We're looking to flesh out the Realpolitik evil bastards out of necessity aspect to provide a good counterbalance to the Rheinland unlawful factions - and to provide a wider scope of relevance throughout the sector through dealings with factions elsewhere to facilitate conditions that benefit Rheinland as a house.

What have you done to advance your faction’s goals this quarter?

Continued interservice property/support negotiations regarding certain projects. Prompt plotting behind the backs of said interservice rivals to create our own projects.

What are your faction’s goals for the next quarter?

Begrudgingly support the MND's response to the Jump Drive issue.

Attempt to go behind their back and kickstart a weapons program of our own due to the return of a perceived political adversary.

Continue supporting their weapons program anyway because they're ahead, and it'd be useful.

I would like to deploy a FOB/get an NPC kill bonus next quarter, probably in Dresden to encourage the greatest response, one way or another.

I would like to do big juicy armed convoys with indies but there's a bit of negotiation needed to be done on that front.

What have you done to drive activity and promote high quality roleplay this quarter?

Actively create roleplay with other individuals in game/on forums, actively show the flag in game to encourage other people to then show up to do things. Venture off to Bretonia when activity is seen there to deliver aid to the downtrodden Bretonians.

One of my faction members has shown individual initiative (as in I did not specifically ask) and hosted PVP events.

How would you like your NPC faction’s story to be developed moving forward?

General Wait & See. I see zero issues with our current deployment. And while I'd like another battleship, I don't physically think we can afford one, even though we definitely deserve it after our famous victory against the Northern Corsairs.

Congratulations to Jammi, any logical plot developments I would've asked for were done without me even having to ask.

The great development of being General Wait & See shockingly requires no input to achieve. That's not to say we've been doing nothing obviously.

Logging on, engaging in roleplay, communications with other factions, aiding agents embedded in other groups.

What are your faction’s goals for the next quarter?
Unknown precisely at this time. Likely the same. Faction leader has been seeking someone else to take over, but has been unable to find a suitable and willing candidate.

What have you done to drive activity and promote high quality roleplay this quarter?
So far, we try to take advantage of group logs and in-faction RP. But we have been lacking in fresh ideas or energy.

How would you like your NPC faction’s story to be developed moving forward?
We believe, by virtue of our connection to jump drives as a fundamental faction concept, that the events in Earhart, Ontario, and Coronado, the Nomad City in Newcastle, and the crisis of jump drive development and proliferation would be good arenas for our involvement. Additionally, we think that finding ways to interface with human factions (usually via the Wendigos) to aid our position would open up opportunities for us as we try to set up an infectee network distinct from the Wild. Lastly, taking steps to further distance ourselves both diplomatically and physically from the Nomads in the Omicrons should allow us to breathe and form our own identity. We believe being distinct from our counterparts would allow us to exist far more as a respectable faction.

What roleplay, events, or activities have you done this quarter to promote this development?
We do try to hover around areas relevant to our aims and roleplay with forces in the area, as well as engage in occasional PvP. But as said before, current leadership is looking to be replaced due to no longer possessing the energy or willingness to take the faction where it needs to go. It would help tremendously to resolve this.

• Continue with the Agitator project.

• Raids of the willing and unwilling;

How would you like your NPC faction’s story to be developed moving forward?

• Although I'm thankful for the "recent" addition of Gjallarbru as it adds another dimension to the hessian faction besides "being petty pirates", it could expand a bit more on this R&D territory.
  
• Another thing I'd like to see is the area around Vogtland being more lively and representative of the current situation:
  • a desperate scramble to replenish the lost garrison during the invasion of Dresden: for example a wrecked Heppenheim being under repairs on Wolfsburg;
    
  • an increase in defenses, for example a non-dockable Dieburg stationed at one of the minefield's entrances;
    
  • a pirate liner filled with BM munitions stationed there.
    
• A bit more animosity towards the LWB from the hessians. The official RF position is they previously "sold out" to a foreign interest and are not to be trusted.

What have you done to advance your faction’s goals this quarter?
In all honesty, what was done is to have an additional ally, The Platform. Docking somewhere else than a Zoner or a Freelancer station is a welcome change for the faction. It allows us to dock to strategic points.

What are your faction’s goals for the next quarter?
The goals did not change much from our faction page. However, at the very moment, we are working on potentially having a base for AI in the Sigmas.

What have you done to drive activity and promote high quality roleplay this quarter?
Random patrols and encounters with players. But there was no real promotion done so far. We are thinking and building ideas for future stuff.

How would you like your NPC faction’s story to be developed moving forward?
At the moment, I do not see much change, but some random patrol in the Sigmas. The indie ID and so ours state we have ZoI there and yet, no npcs nor any station. Before a station sees the day, I expect at least some role play before hand which is a bit in the future goals as well.

What roleplay, events, or activities have you done this quarter to promote this development?
In this quarter, we mostly had random encounters up to OS&C and chill Role Play. We sometime logs in and wander around. There is a RP over the forum, where Civil Servant and a representative of Enigma Confederacy is still on going Title: An emissary at Bielefeld. The goal there is to keep in touch with Platform and eventually having stuff to do in the Sigmas.
