Hello.
I want to apologize for the way matters escalated. We are currently handling the matter internally to ensure discipline and discretion are maintained. The Coordinating Committee has also authorized me to provide restitution for any damages, be it actual or potential (in the form of lost profits or distress) from the breakout of combat. You are not the target of our operations, and we prefer to minimize the spread of collateral damage in the event of hostilities.
On another note, the tea was delicious. Thank you for the hospitality you did provide, even under duress.

Well, fair winds, Mister Kobayashi!
A rather unexpected but pleasant surprise - I did not expect a wellness check from one of our guests! We have had fights break out between guests in the past, but you would be the first to see how we aboard the Inn are doing. Both Kayla and I do value the kind gesture, so thank you very much for that!
Aside from some frustration over the whole thing between one of your warriors and the Office of Intelligence, everyone onboard the Inn is doing okay. I do at least, appreciate the fact that the fight occurred on the edges of radar-targeting range.
As far as reparations are concerned, we only wish to request two things:

Today I learned that Noshima is not quite as discreet as I would have hoped. Oh well.. Perhaps the next time our Inn hosts such a big gathering of your squadron, we ought to pick a place either outside of Kusari, or somewhere even more out-of-the-way.
Anyhow - I hope things worked out okay today, and that injuries were minimal.

I have already placed my review. It's the least I can do, given the circumstances. That milk tea really was enjoyable, by the way. If you ever come across a supplier for boba, I would highly recommend adding that as an option. People seem to love that stuff.
On a more serious note, I understand your wife's concerns and reservations entirely. In every circumstance, if combat operations happen near uninvolved civilians, we take every pain to ensure collateral damage is kept to a minimum and that bystanders are kept at a safe distance. The current political situation in Kusari has demanded that we step up our tempo with regards to more actively opposing the Empire and its forces, unfortunately. If such an event were to break out again near you, I would assure you the Kusari Liberation Army would work to ensure your safety and passage away from any emergent battlefield that does occur. If any enemy forces are too near to you to safely deal with, we will not risk your safety nor the safety of your uninvolved customers needlessly.
However, I must also emphasize that, due to the nature of our war for the liberation of the people of Kusari, we may be forced to pick fights at least within visible radar range at times. We are compelled by our material analysis of our species's plight, along with the sheer cruelty and suffering caused by the systems we rebel against, to oppose it meaningfully in every way we can. And I must also emphasize that any information or assistance you can render to our cause can help prevent the necessity and danger of such skirmishes in the future. That is no small decision, however, and I will understand a refusal for the sake of wishing to appear neutral.
Regardless, the KLA thanks you for the hospitality and cuisine you provide, and we hope this can be the first of many visits.
