The Tau's bad omen.
Java Base- Tau-23 :
It looks to be heading to war once again. The "great" house of Gallia looks to be posturing at the Most "Stalwart" Hose of Bretonia once again.
The recant demands made by Gallia rock the Taus once again as the the cold war brews between Liberty in Kusari. The tensions only rose with the reveal of the jump drive tech by the the ever elusive Lane Hacker.
Such technology has the potential to uproot the whole set up the Ageria and it's Gallic counterpart EFL. But presently it may only serve to ignite a conflict between the upstart and the entrenched. The seemingly less numerous KNF has begun pulling it's assets more towards Galileo where the Liberty Navy. Gallia like a vulture seeing a fresh carcass moving on Bretonia demanding the return of the Tau-37 gate to them. Logically Bretonia refuses to allow such a thing to transpire, we can only expect that this will be a return of the Tau conflicts possibly leading into a second Gallic war...
To better understand this tension and possible effect on the daily happening of my readers I have interview Mister Lenard Wilkins one of the few survivals of the original miner crew of Dounby Station.
Mister Wilkins do you thing Bretonia being kicked of Tau-23 would be better for the guild?
"Gonna have to shatter that idea from the start, this status quo that we have going on now is the best option of us. Both groups are too hesitant fully commit fearing the others reaction, if one is to take the lead over the other the guild would be the next target. Think of how it happened in the first encounter we would once again see a Valor placed in front of Java and I am frankly sick of seeing those elongated beat sticks. "
So would you rather see the gate destroyed then?
"That would be a same result Gallia would be the only one with a gate in system that would be even worse. With the Gate gone threats of a Bretonia contra offensive would be negligible allowing the Martial to fully annex T-twenty three."
Do you have an idea what would be a the best outcome for the IMG?
"Funnily enough Crayter taking over. They should want a stable connection to T-forty four not relying on the sick man of Sirius. Look at Dublin they are unable to resume a firm control over that system and it has been almost six years do you think that they could win in an actual war?"
What about the animosity between the Republic and the Guild, won't that be a problem?
"Currently true that would be a problem but I am of the believe in of the free Taus and the only group whose interest come close to ours is the Crayter Republic in the Taus at least."
