hello i haven't been online for a few months and decided to play a bit and already made a reply about the missing powerplant on my main ship, so while waiting for that i decided to make a new character and send him some cash.
all went well until trying to leave the starting planet, Then i get disconnected after 2 sec in space (picture uploaded) and after testing to restart the computer and re-patch the game and seeing if it works i get banned, believe it´s becourse i tried to join to often? seems a bit oversensitive system if that is the case in my opinion.
was unable to test my 3rd char before i got banned.
got no real clue what is going on so though i post here and see what you guys say.
did i do something wrong and if so what did i do?
i use no outside mods etc or programs or code or whatnot, just installed by instructions on website and played like before, same computer and location and all is the same.
Hello, try now hopefully it works but the system is flagging bad installation.
Did you install with anticheat off?

i haven't reinstalled the game sine last time i played and worked fine back then. but if the system says bad installation something might have happened during the update(patching). if i reinstall it from scratch can i save my character in some way?

i think i figured out to backup the account with the launcher. will do a full reinstall and look specifically for anti cheat so i don´t miss to have it on.
