"To whom of you within the Libertonian underground network, I am Civil Servant, one of the Platform commanders of the Bundschuh. I'm in the loop that you're the go-to brokers when it comes to acquisitions sourced from Liberty's industries, and as of right now we're looking to make custom to those that can source us some hard to obtain equipment and hoped you might be of availability.
"To keep things within the line of business, we're looking to obtain schematics and materials for an Ageria based power delivery system compatible with Navy weapon systems and electronics found within heavy capital ship class vessels, as you can probably tell the market for Ageira hardware in Rheinland is usually focused to its trade lane systems and commercial network, so that leaves us with the restricted systems found within Liberty's military industrial complex. While we can look at fabrication of some items locally with these schematics, there will need to be a physical retrieval of some hardware. Engine components such as HPHV (High-Pressure High-Volume) H-fuel injectors for heavy weight capital ships are hard to obtain and HPW (High-Power Bandwidth) transformers for special military equipment for the relative ship size. And the amount we're looking for is not just for a single unit but multiple units to ensure a surplus for maintenance.
"What I will offer in return is access to our underground markets, as with all organizations on peaceful and agreeable terms with the Platform you are welcome to our stations along with a reasonable request of your choosing. If any of you willing to discuss the terms, I can elaborate further before issuing the job and releasing a deposit."

Apologies for the late reply. Something requiring 100% of my attention has been ongoing in Liberty at the moment.
Obtaining Liberty Military industrial components is not a particularly pleasant task, paperwork wise. We can, in fact, fudge our way through said paperwork. Systems regarding anything heavier than the Archer class cruiser's siege cannon, however, are a real difficult matter. If you're looking in bulk, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the price tag associated to get it from the white market to the grey market is staggering. The Rogues regularly maintain the Scylla class cruisers, if you're looking for something in the cruiser weight class. If it absolutely must be the Liberty Navy tech, I can start collecting up some quotes, but I can guarantee you they won't be pretty.
The other option is getting in touch with the blueprint rippers, and getting you a product line of counterfeits from a more... neutral source. Depending on who's given the job, prices, qualities, and quantities of engine components vary. But, as always with variables, that is just gambling by any other name.
I leave the approach up to you. I am happy to be your broker.

"Mr Ling, I do suppose it is my turn to apologize for not getting back to your message. We've had to look at our options along with the ones you have provided for our current circumstance, we've given ourselves the breathing room we need with the pushing back of the Corsairs and are ready to move forward with these plans.
"The quantity that we're asking for isn't to a great amount. The engineering client in question that we're looking to service is for their ship's sole long term operation and thankfully not a fleet of vessels. So I think the large expense for our valued client is worth it for the reputation of our work and long term co-operation... Although because of that this is more like a custom order. No matter, Rheinland is a place to determined engineers...
"The HPHV Injectors and HPW transformers we require are for a local powerplant specification that we've had to modify for compatibility with a Liberty "Monument" class vessel that is undergoing a retrofit for current generation hardware, but it seems the power delivery systems are highly sensitive on how its fuel-to-energy conversion is handled when trying to adapt a Rheinland power system with its Liberty end-devices. If you're able to obtain an amount for us to at least ensure that our client can deploy with their engineering product then I think we can call that an agreeable starting point; future service components can come into later discussions.
"We'd like it if you can at least provide us with either the ability purchase the resources as soon as possible, or if the means to obtain this powerplant hardware requires us to be interlopers in Ageira's convoys, we could provide raiding assistance in either the Texas or Pennsylvania system if you're able to locate a suitable Ageira or DSE logistics target. (Preferably Ageira... We have a distaste for the corporate practices.)
"Speaking about the schematics through, we could attempt to inspect a few of the components ourselves and attempt to learn what we can from their disassembly and wear-and-tear over time... Although the crew of our client might already be trained in this area, we should at least be able to provide manufacture manuals and service guides for them to maintain the equipment. Since this documentation isn't so easy to grab on the Open-Net, I might have to take a trip to liberty to pick up these files myself and ensure its not setting off too many alarm bells... So this might be an occasion for me to step foot in the Corporate-Republic to be audience to yourselves.
"Run your quotes Mr Ling, I'm quite invested in ensuring my client gets the engineering order they've ask from our organization."

"Salutations my binary-logic inclined friends, I have to thank your greater movement for relasing the information related on the jump drive systems. Rheinland has found itself under the thumb of giants like Ageira and EFL for too long, we the people have been desiring security in movement for so long, enough that we're already working the best we can with that information.
"We've got teams local to various jump-space anomalies, we're wiling to supply information to the rest of our protocol partners, including dedicated Lane Hacker cells and operators that are involved in anti-nomad activity. Data and information that we release and collaborate needs to be accessible within our resistance networks. Theres too much for one group to keep an eye on the entirety of Sirius.
"Intelligence involving: Extra-Stellar events related to corporate actions by those like Kishiro, EFL and Ageira. Or maybe by those of the hostile hive that inhabit the Omicrons and their infectees that fester within and between the house-states.
"We have the Consecrated Archives on Tennstedt, and it requires some overdue attentive love and care.
"They need an expansion on their storage systems that meet certain criteria: Error correction will be paramount for data handling, long term resistance to data degradation, resilience to electromagnetic interference and other anomalous radiation sources... Oh... And hot-swapping capability would be nice. I know its extra credits, but if you could find drive systems with that feature, then we can mobilize it when fate decides to move us. I think about 10,000 Units of DRM-less drives should be good enough to suit our needs for now.
"Verified intelligence is key. While centralization is usually against our ethos, protocol partners should always be able to access that information, wherever they are accessing from, no matter where the data may be held. Being left in the dark is too dangerous, and we can only hold each other accountable for the accuracy and security of the Sinclair Protocol. We'll need about an equal amount of 10,000 units of lightweight optical processors for each drive too, these will be handling checksum corrections and individual encrypting to ensure one breach doesn't hit the rest of our archive networks.
"Our handlers will take in the delivery from Bruchsal in Frankfurt, we'll handle the trickier last mile trip ourselves towards Tennstedt."
"Name your price, credits, intelligence, maybe some hard to obtain cargo from the Gaul-Land that has opened its commerce to the Rhein? Void's the limit when you're looking to gouge the eyes out of these corpos and nomads."

Long haul shipping things is not exactly my style, that sort of thing usually falls to Lovelace. Ironically enough, though, I do have need of exotic things. The end goal of my newest project, assuming my numbers are correct, is a machine that can generate a singularity with an event horizon about a centimeter across, swiftly and precisely manipulate it, and evaporate it via Hawking radiation both as a failsafe and as an off switch.
Lovelace should have access to this call. Whether or not they're paying attention to it is a different matter, but I can probably get their attention.
They probably have different needs than I. If they don't feel up to it, though, I can definitely get something arranged. I just think that, right now, it's better to keep things "in-house", so to speak.

"Mr.Ling, a pleasure to hear from you again. I understand the limitations of the inner circle when it comes to logistical supplies. But to give such a request like yours, it is hardly comparable to the any of the previous ones we discussed, it has had to be raised to those working around Sinclair Protocol matters.
"Thank you for raising the request with Lovelace, we've had some assistance from them in the past in terms of supporting Order operations in the omicrons. I may have some adventurous narcotics from Gallia to spare.
"Hawking radiation, and a centimeter in diameter only? Now that is a very natural choice of energy to try and manipulate a jump-space tunnel, I hope you're not planning to fit a ship through that too!
"It is also depending on what you're looking from us, or what you're expecting the Bundschuh to know in those matters... Otherwise you wouldn't have raised the request. And then I will quote you a price. And on a personal note, do keep me up to date in this development. Rheinland currently sits on a fragile position concerning Jump-Space abuse, I'll be able to assist in these matters, on hand, myself."

Hello.
You'll have to excuse my untimely intrusion into this information exchange. I don't quite pay attention to these broad spectrum transmissions other than logging their mere existence. I was already waiting for a message, so let's just consider this a pleasant coincidence.
If there are no takers for this fetch job, I would be delighted to volunteer. It would broaden my horizons the very least.
I've been the one primarily pulling Niyodo data. Long story short, if the numbers I have so far are correct, Kishiro Drives are theoretically limitless, and can maintain a two-way connection with minimal extra input. The limitations are the linear-scaling energy input required, and the precision necessary to not... I'm not entirely sure what happens. I imagine that opening a rift into somewhere that doesn't exist doesn't do good things to reality or yourself.
My calculations say that if you don't open the drive on one of the very limited set of inputs that result in a location solely in the real dimension, reality would just cease to exist. Given that reality still exists, and there are an infinite number of wrong connections and a very, very limited number of correct connections, something doesn't actually add up there.
Nonetheless, I think the ability to completely ignore the main limiting factor of conventional warfare shouldn't be held by a single house. I don't welcome our new Kusari overlords, especially having seen how they view and treat non-combatants in Gallia. Xenos may be fine with slaughtering civilians and non-combatants to get any leg up, no matter how small. I'm not, and I think it's necessary to stop Jump Drives before they do serious damage and are used to cause Leeds-scale slaughters across any house that dares to defy Kusari.
So, I want to try gravity-waves, hence the micro-singularity. Being able to start rotating it rapidly, then bring it to an instant halt, rinse and repeat should put out a series of waves small enough to not be located by someone trying to stop me, but expansive enough to shift the coordinate calculation by a few hundred-billionths of a degree. For most machines, an offset that small wouldn't be noticeable, but these Jump Drives require specific coordinates on an analogue system, which is one-out-of-uncountable-infinity. That offset is an infinite offset, for the purpose of calculation, and it should make whatever happened to the Niyodo happen to anyone trying to Jump-Drive into range of my project.
In short, I'm trying to make a Jump-Drive Disruptor. I don't actually think the Bundschuh know anything about these matters, but every shot not taken is missed, so I'm going to ask anyway.

"Blair Weaver,
"An independent! An open contract is an open contract, but we'll likely have to verify your delivery meets security requirements. If payment is of concern due to that delay, then we're willing to discuss what that total sum may be. We can't judge the needs of a pilot doing these risky trips, so call your price... We're that sort of people. we like favours over credits, but if they're so needed, we can make it so."
"Mr.Ling
"I suggest you, and I, are to discuss this in person."

Hello again.
That is completely reasonable, a little caution has never hurt anyone. I could perhaps make my over towards Bruchsal with a sample of the goods so you can do all the verification you'd like. A rather large commitment on my end, but anything to score some goodwill.
I really like the sound of favors. Ambiguous, easily forgotten, yet oh-so-tantalising. I think we could settle for that, anything above my operating costs could be considered a favor.
I could send you a repeated transmission once I'm in the area, or just have Bruchsal sort it out. Of course, precise accounting of the goods delivered will be included.
