Esteemed Representatives of the Government of Gallia,
Hereby, I bring to your attention the interest of the Gas Miners Guild, represented by the Shinsei Clan, in establishing direct trade relations with the Gallic Union.
Of particular interest to us are cryocube devices, which have proven themselves throughout the Sirius sector as highly reliable and efficient equipment. Given the nature of our operations, these technologies are of strategic importance to us.
Within the framework of potential cooperation, the Shinsei Clan expresses its readiness to ensure regular deliveries of high-quality fuel to Gallic space at reduced prices. We consider this to be the foundation for a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership.
In light of the above, we kindly request:
— to grant vessels of the Shinsei Clan bearing the identification mark [SC] an official license for the purchase, transportation, and operation of cryocube devices within the territory of the Gallic Union;
— to define the framework of interaction and designate the authorized parties responsible for implementing these arrangements.
We trust in the constructive consideration of this request and affirm our readiness to comply with all regulations and procedures established by the Gallic Union.
Respectfully,
Wolfgang Schulze
Head of External Relations of the Shinsei Clan

Dear Representatives of the Gallic Union Government,
We hereby inform you that our previous request, submitted on behalf of the Gas Miners Guild represented by the Shinsei Clan, remains unanswered.
We proceeded under the assumption that the Gallic Union is a reliable and responsible partner capable of maintaining proper business communication. The absence of any response on your part raises justified concern and negatively affects our assessment of the prospects for cooperation.
We emphasize that the Gas Miners Guild is a large, economically strong, and influential organization within the Sirius sector, possessing the resources and capabilities to ensure long-term and mutually beneficial agreements. Our proposal remains valid but requires timely consideration.
We expect an official position from the Gallic Union regarding the previously outlined matters within a reasonable timeframe.
Sincerely,
Wolfgang Schulze

Bonjour Monsieur Schulze,
While the Gallic Union appreciates the offer you have made us, we do not find ourselves in desperate need of the H-Fuel that the GMG can provide. We also are reticent to allow a group so closely tied to the interests of our enemies in Kusari to purchase Cryocubes, or any other commodities that we restrict. That being said, we are not opposed to the idea of allowing the GMG to trade in Gallia, or to purchase restricted goods, we simply would be interested in goods other than H-Fuel. If you are still interested in trade relations, feel free to contact us again with something more substantial for sale.

Dear Jean-Pierre de le Papier,
We highly value your willingness to consider cooperation with the Gas Miners Guild under alternative terms and take note of the positions you have outlined.
Allow us to point out that in proposing hydrogen fuel supplies, we proceeded from the potential need to service vessels from the Sirius sector that regularly arrive in Gallia for trade and other purposes. We viewed this as an opportunity to strengthen supply infrastructure and improve convenience for external partners.
As previously stated, the Gas Miners Guild is a large and economically powerful organization with extensive logistical and commercial capabilities. We are able to source and deliver virtually any goods that do not violate legal regulations or accepted standards, ensuring reliability and competitive pricing.
Regarding your concerns about connections with Kusari, we emphasize that our activities are strictly commercial in nature. Any purchases are carried out exclusively for the needs of the Gas Miners Guild and are not intended to support any third parties.
We are prepared to consider alternative areas of cooperation. Please specify your terms and the categories of goods of interest, and we will provide an appropriate response.
Sincerely,
Wolfgang Schulze

Dear Sirs,
Instability in communication channels has been observed, which is hindering effective interaction. The influence of external factors causing persistent interference cannot be ruled out. In order to ensure reliable communication, we are prepared to provide interspatial communication equipment. A substantial batch has been procured from Liberty, whose systems have demonstrated signal stability under virtually all ion interference conditions.
Turning to the matter at hand, no response has been received to our previous message. In this regard, we would like to propose the supply of iridium. Our warehouses currently hold reserves delivered from the Omicron systems.
We would appreciate receiving your position on this matter. It is anticipated that the development of cooperation will have a positive impact on your side’s economic standing.
Additionally, we kindly request authorization for passage through the Tau-23 gate system toward Languedoc and back for vessels bearing the identification tag [SC]. We confirm our readiness to pay the applicable duties.
We look forward to your response within a reasonable timeframe.
Sincerely,
Wolfgang Schulze

Bonjour Monsieur Schulze,
While supplies of Iridium from the Omicrons are always welcome, we have no need for this comm equipment you mentioned. We take time to formulate responses in this office, and must clear all approvals or denials with the appropriate authorities. As far as access to the Tau-23 Jump Gate, we are not entirely sure why you feel the need to use it instead of the more secure route through Zurich, but that is of little concern. We also are still unsure of you need to import Cryocubes in bulk, and until you can elaborate on the exact use case for what is effectively proprietary Gallic technology, you will not be permitted to export them.
The appropriate registries will be updated for your gate access when payment has been confirmed.

Incoming Transmission
Mister Papier,
Thank you for your interest in the Iridium shipments. Thank you also for granting permission to pass through the Tau-23 Jump Gate. This route is preferable for us, given our strained relations with the Rheinland Empire. Now, regarding the Cryocubes: I can assure you that we require them for our own use. Their use will in no way harm or cause damage to humanity. That is all I can say, given the confidential nature of our internal programmes.
Best regards,
Wolfgang Schulze
