She could see Locksmith tilt his head slightly to the side when she spoke of the battleship armor-cutting tool. What she didn't see was his eyebrows raising beneath his helmet. He'd come across battleship wrecks in his days as a junker, but anything salvageable on the surface had long since been stripped. And to properly get inside, he needed exactly this kind of equipment... Not only had he been unaware of its existence, he lacked the imagination to even attempt creating it.
It was not for nothing that his sister had said that his main limitations were in his head and the judgemental eyes of others. Where Sunny had succeeded, he hadn't even tried. What a fool he was. Still is, perhaps.
"If you can cleanly break through that armor... It's a game changer. Heh, damn... I've been missing out on so many things."
There was a slight note of envy in the distorted voice, but also interest.
"Any chance you'd let me see your cutter in action sometime? While most of that trade is already a thing of the past for me, I must admit, the possibilities are still intriguing..."
He nodded.
"And if the right parts we will indeed find... Well, just name the price."

Sunny smiled as he was curious about the laser. She was quite proud of this and was happy that they would have a chat like this. She didn't often get the chance to talk about technical things like this in such detail. So she enjoyed this a lot and loved how he showed interest in these things.
Sunny: Well its a Unique Creation that I have built myself. It's quite a complex thing and isn't really able to be used as a weapon. The Cutting Beam has a very limited range, and for it to be used as a weapon would mean being so close to the target that you can touch the hull directly. I don't like to Develop Weapons, I believe there is already enough pain out there.
She said and smiled as she looked at him and gave the weapons to the Fighter a look. Just because she doesn't want to develop some, dosent meant that she wouldn't be curious about how they worked. She did take some more looks at them and would touch them here and there. They looked quite well and competently installed; she would find no problems with the weapons and would come up from under the wings again.
Sunny: I do not mind showing it to you. I mean, you showed me your ship, too. And I won't mind showing you mine. My Wrecker is quite the Custom Ship, I have to say. But that is something you can say about most Junker Ships. If you want, we could go over to the Hangar where I park right now. And we can also see in my Storage if I have a part for your Ship that will solve that Problem with the Engine. Well, it doesn't need an Immediate Repair, but it's also nothing you can't ignore forever.
