What do you feel you've learned from losing official status? What is different now from when you lost this status? What will be different going forward?
I 2nd this. To add, it is unbecoming of official factions to seal off a portion of Sirius and not participate in reasonable RP. What are you and GMG going to do differently this time to invite players and factions to participate in roleplay with your faction (both friendly and hostile interactions)?
Whoever did your write up did a remarkable job. Everything looks well organized and inviting to read. My only concern is that you have Golden Chrysanthemums as friendly but the official faction as hostile. Is this a typo or can you elaborate on this?
It ain't about what you are capable of, it's about what you're willing to do.

It's pretty easy to make the writeup look good when it's just a slightly edited version of the same one they posted back in 2020.

It's a little late for April Fools, Tunicle.
Honestly, part of me feels like this addresses absolutely none of the issues with GMG as a whole, and I feel that without any addressal of those issues, there's no point in accepting the faction back as official. GMG has gotten a reputation of not interacting on a reasonable basis with those who reach out, and not reaching out to begin with, despite multiple avenues of development that could, in theory, occur. This reputation is antithetical to the normal expectations of an OF.

As faction leader of said OF faction that has been marked hostile:
This is not a typo. This has been the result of old events, and GC- has been FR5ed from all GMG bases.

That's an Econ dev thing. OFs can't change prices of commodities on their NPC bases.

Besides...who the heck even is in GMG?
I concur with Shulsky. You've provided no evidence that GMG| has enough players to meet the new OF member and member activity prerequisites, and frankly unless this is a formality like I think it is, the admin team should also be asking questions before taking a cent from Meph, Tunicle - when the community at large is either taking the piss or placing this entire faction in serious contempt - and rightfully so.
We do in fact ask questions and have discussed this prior to the money being taken. Our conclusion is the following:
Time and activity alone no longer bear such a large weight in if you are made official or not, and many things will be scrutinised alongside the basic requirements you've all come to know. We acknowledge that there is a "competing" GMG faction for example that is active and has every right to rise above another in stature and reverance in the community alongside setting the example that the new OF system wants, and we've noted the copy-paste nature of the factions information that's present in the OP. We also expect good things of a faction that eventually ran out of lives and yet still wishes to attempt a retake of the mantle even under old leadership. We look forward to a concerted effort being made, yet won't hesitate to decline if expectations are not met.
Regardless of the image painted of ones self by their own volition, we are always of an open mind toward change and betterment unto the future. If we are proven wrong, it'll soon become apparent. If the general sentiment that is justifiably present here is also right or wrong...it'll be laid bare soon enough. Either way though, the acceptance of the request via credits being taken is just that - a request. The assumption that this means they will regain officialdom is incorrect. This begins the application period in which a faction is assessed on whether they are worthy of officialdom or not. We understand the doubts and scepticism and perhaps those that are attempting to carry GMG| forward do too. Maybe not, but again intentions will become clear in due course.
