Attention all hands,
On behalf of High Command, please join me in congratulating Ensign Cornelia Carlisle for her promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade. While you are new not only to the Fleet but to space altogether, Command has seen in you a great deal of potential, Cornelia, and you've proven that you can uphold what the Fleet stands for without question.
I knew that pushing you towards joining the Navy was going to be the right path for you, and I am glad that Command sees in you the same things I saw.
With your promotion, you will find that your access has been elevated. You now have access to the Forty-Sixth's fleet of transports, and are able to fly your own bombers and freighters. Additionally, you will find that you can now sign up to either of the Fleet's many divisions, should any pique your interest. Simply let me know and I'll give you all information you will require, and help you get set up.

- Cadet Tamara Colins; Command has decided to promote you to the rank of Ensign. Your efforts so far have not gone unnoticed and I urge you to continue on, as you are on the right path to make an effective and invaluable asset to the Forty-sixth Fleet and the Liberty Navy altogether. You will find that with this promotion you are not only granted access to your very own fightercraft, but you're also getting your own quarters aboard Norfolk Shipyard.
- Lieutenant Commander Conrad Johnson; Your recent performance during Task Force Akhetaten's latest operation was noteworthy. For the unyielding resolve and the unquestioned effectiveness that you showed on the field, Command has seen fit to promote you to the rank of Commander. Soon I will no longer even be your superior, Commander. You've made me and command very proud. Keep up the good work.
Please join me in congratulating the below officers for their promotions;
Commander Leroy Fishburne has been promoted to Commodore. You are no doubt one of our longest serving Commanders in the Fleet that is currently in active service and Command has seen fit to reward your dedication to the Fleet. Along with your promotion to Commodore, I would like to additionally welcome you to High Command, as our most recent addition to it. Briefings of your new responsibilities will follow in the upcoming weeks, but worry not, I am certain it's a feat you will find no more difficult than your standard daily duties. Congratulations are in order, Commodore.
Commander Callum Hayes has been promoted to Captain. You are another one of the Fleet's longest serving Commanders, no doubt, and Command has decided that your conduct is exceptional enough to have earned you this promotion. On behalf of Command I congratulate you, Captain.
Lieutenant Julius Fox has been promoted to Lieutenant Commander. You have shown great decency in the field both in your conduct and in your combat capabilities, thus Command has decided that you have earned this promotion. Congratulations, Lieutenant Commander, continue making us proud.
Ensign Vincent Jackson has been promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade. Command has taken notice of your recent activities and we have decided that you've met our expectations as an Ensign and are ready to move on from that introductory rank. Congratulations are in order, Lieutenant Junior Grade. Remain on the same course and your next promotion won't be far away.

Please join me in congratulating High Command's most recent addition making it to the Admiralty.
Commodore Leroy Fishburne, I am very proud to announce your promotion to Rear Admiral Lower Half. I don't have much to tell regarding your new role, Rear Admiral, for you will find that not much is going to change for you. Your duties and responsibilities remain mostly the same, the only difference being that you are now officially a member of the Fleet's High Command.
Your promotion being aside, there is something I wish to tell you.
I remember that a considerable amount of time ago Commodore Edwards gave you access to the LNS Akhetaten so that you may further improve on your skills as a member of a warship's crew, and familiarize yourself with the commanding positions aboard such an advanced vessel. It has been a long time since then, and I believe you've received all the experience there is to receive in the position. You've taken command of the Akhetaten a number of times and I've been personally overseeing your progress.
With your promotion into the Admiralty it is now time for you to move on to your own command.
While it pains me, to this day, that you have decided not to be a member of Task Force Akhetaten, you have been a promising and important officer aboard the LNS Akhetaten. For that reason, I have an important spot to give you, one that has remained vacant for a rather long time now.
The LNS Reprisal is the second Akhetaten-class battlecruiser that Task Force Akhetaten has under its banner, and it has been without a commanding officer for the longest time now. I am placing you as her commanding - and flag - officer.
Please make yourself at home aboard the Reprisal, Rear Admiral. I will be at your disposal should you require any further tips, although I highly doubt you will. Of course, and it goes without saying, you will still be a member of the main fleet - should you wish to remain so - and your position aboard the LNS Reprisal will not restrict this status.
