Suffice it to say, with these recent events, I and many of my subordinates share a common concern about the security and safety of mooring to, docking with and receiving supplies from Pinnacle or even Bethlehem, as the risk of infectees possibly being on the station covertly either through smuggling or otherwise to sabotage or lay incubi to infest and spread amongst our ranks, let alone the ranks of other causes in the theater, is too high to realistically avoid. As someone who was the former administrator of Freeport 11, this.. paranoia regarding this threat - I assure you is not unfounded. Whilst we have no need to moor semi-permanently with Milford, our fleet is quite a ways from home and whilst our logistics forces back home in Omega-49 do intend to resume logistics to the region soon, we cannot afford sending them right now as we lack sufficient ships to escort them for supplying long term deployments like this. As such, I humbly ask for our snubcraft to be able to dock at Milford for rearm, refuel and, regarding our cargo tender freighters, engage in fleet replenishment actions. Of course, we understand entirely the nature of Milford and of the LFR at large, and know that these things do not grow on trees, and as such we are open to being invoiced at your preferred interval (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) for supplies used - we will pay the average regional market rate, or greater if you feel it necessary. I'm sorry I probably butchered the pronunciation. But I am glad to see the Zoner community at large taking an interest in what's happening to Erie. It's much too easy to just turn your back on your fellow man and not care. But then we'd all eventually be slaves.

I'm happy to give you mooring access but I have to warn you that we aren't the best equipped for servicing warships. Any major damage would have to be an Alliance, or personal undertaking by yourself. As far as everything else goes you pay the same prices for goods that anyone else would. That's how our community functions.

I find myself unable to comment on those specifics regarding Inverness. We keep a healthy distance from those people but given our interest in Kansas it's likely we'll eventually have to deal with them in some shape or form. But yes, Morreti did brief us on the situation so we aren't blind to the risks.

Unlike some people from Kusari who fudged it to the point of me wondering whether they were Kusari-born at all, or if a certain eccentric, politically-related woman had onigiri in her mouth whilst relaying orders to them. But that's besides the point. Our nation is well aware of the price of Erie slipping away into the clutches of Liberty - what it invites next. The Bretonians trying to lay claim on Gran Canaria, our home - before the formation of our state, is not lost on us, in fact it is something we are fearing will come next if something isn't done to put the Houses in their place. It goes without saying that the stance of the Utsunomiya Commonwealth is that which forgoes Zoner neutrality for the sake of preserving Zoner Society. Decades ago, it'd be seen as absurd that we'd need to do that - raise arms against the houses we once existed in somewhat stable cohabitation with.
