The Independent Traders Union is seeking reliable partners to conduct business with. Whether you are interested in a one-time contract where you'll have to pay a fee beforehand, or you wish to establish a designated trading point for ongoing commerce, we are open to cooperation.
Pricing policy: All contracts must meet a minimum of 3× the base commodity price and:
5 credits per commodity volume
10.000 credits per system jump (1 jump minimum, in-system ferrying counts as 1 jump)
Example: You are located in New York, Liberty, and you wish to have 20,000 units of Ablative Armor Plating shipped from New Berlin, Rheinland. The standard price for this commodity is 30 credits. Your quartermaster would therefore purchase it from the ITU at a minimum of 90 credits per unit.
Taking into account the total volume (20,000 units), a distance of 4 jumps, and our current transport capacity of 3,600 units per trip, the operation will require at least 6 trips.
The final cost is calculated as follows:
100,000 credits (logistics and coordination) + 240,000 credits (transport and risk coverage) = 340,000 credits total.
This will be done for every separate commodity you request. Cheaper services are guaranteed once our fleet is upgraded and/or ITU trading hubs are constructed.
This payment ensures timely delivery and provides compensation for our transport pilots, including coverage against potential piracy.
