[Server Config] Energy Loss

Bug: Energy loss


Reproduction Steps:

• Took additional Missions
  
• Hit Mines
  
• Had Friend test-fire on me
  

Additional Information: First noticed doing Bar Missions. Enemy fire depletes Energy to zero. Energy takes up to 2 minutes to regenerate.
Long 2 minutes with no guns, no missiles and no Shield regeneration.
Also occurs when I hit mines.
Tried changing Positron Shield for Graviton - no help there.
Test-fire from Friend did not create this problem. Seems to be NPC issue.

Ship Type: Hogoshu 'Raba' <--- only ship I have with this problem.

Was it the result of a technerf? Check if a green message appears when undocking.

Alternatively, if your Raba mounted a cruiser shield, that could explain the long energy regeneration due to the massive power drain.

Not a tech-nerf, God knows I've seen a hundred of those trying to equip every ship I got.
It does have a Cruiser shield, as it was the only type equippable when I bought the Raba.
And, the energy and shield works great, until NPC fire hits me, then it's no eneregy at all, regardless
of the shield level ...

That's the drawback of using a cruiser shield on a frigate. Most frigates typically use gunboat shields.
