Admirals of the Order Overwatch,

I will dispense with pleasantries. They are a luxury GMG no longer possesses.

Over the past weeks, Shinsei Clan gas mining operations in Sigma-19 have suffered a dramatic increase in attacks by unknown vessels. Miners have been destroyed. Crews have been lost. At first, we attributed these to the usual predators Corsair raiders, the occasional Outcast probe. But the frequency and coordination of these strikes defied conventional explanation.

We launched a full-spectrum system scan. What our patrols discovered is appended to this transmission and confirmed by multiple independent sensor logs.

The signal has been designated Hegirnunna a Nomad warship of unprecedented scale, capable of carrying other vessels internally. It has taken station in Sigma-19, and its appearance correlates directly with the escalation in attacks on our miners. To be blunt: the Nomads have brought a carrier into our home. Our tactical analysts cannot confirm how long it has been here, nor the route it used to arrive undetected.

I stood before you at the Akabat summit and warned you about the Wild. I told you that the Sigma front could not be ignored. I told you they were the enemy's vanguard. Your response was to prioritize other agenda items, to treat the Sigmas as a secondary concern, to lose yourselves in debates about Core bases and internal politics while I named the threat plainly.

That threat is no longer theoretical. It is now a capital warship sitting in the middle of my mining operations.

The Shinsei Clan has supported the Order for years with fuel, with supplies, with access to our space. We have done so because we believed in your mission. But belief does not power warships. H-Fuel does. And if the Order cannot or will not deploy to defend the very people who keep your fleet operational, then that arrangement must be reevaluated.

I am formally requesting, do not mistake the word "request" for a suggestion, that the Order and its allied forces dispatch an immediate combat fleet to Sigma-19 to locate and destroy the alien threat.

We will provide all available navigational data, staging support, and fuel to any force that answers this call. What we will not provide is patience.

If this message is ignored, or if the Order's response is delayed by political maneuvering or internal debate while Nomads slaughter my miners, the consequences will be as follows:

All H-Fuel shipments and logistical support to the Order will cease immediately.
The Shinsei Clan will formally terminate its financial and material contributions to your organization.
We will seek assistance from partners who demonstrate a willingness to act when the enemy is at the gate, whoever they may be.

I did not wish to write this message. I wish even less to act on it. But I will not sacrifice my people on the altar of your hesitation.

First of all, thank you for notifying us about the new threat. Our ability to project forces into Sigmas had been severely hampered by increased presence of The Core in Sigma 17, our sworn enemy and the vastness of the Crow nebula does not lend itself to high performance of reconnaissance. That is why we do want to get along with GMG, you know your home systems better than anyone else and any business is nice and steady. That said, in my opinion threats are completely unnecessary, Clan Leader. It is regrettable that your first envoy was not able to express Guilds points properly, with his replacement coming in late as well. Perhaps you’ve heard, it was quite a chaotic experience to get a hold of so many attendees. However rather than offer you excuses, I will instead tell you what we will do.

The Order will help you rid this threat unconditionally - killing Nomads is our solemn duty, we did not join expecting some fanfares. With the majority of our intervention corps chasing after other identified threats at this point of time, you can expect force to be mobilized and diverted from the Omicron sector. I am unable to state what exact composition it will be made of, I will have to speak with my subordinates and cell leaders about which ships can be spared from the frontline.

While I did say unconditionally, we do have some questions to you that will affect our plans. First, can you offer any particular rendezvous point for The Order anywhere in your space? Though I will understand if your options here are limited or have to decline, Kusari Naval Forces are acting with extreme xenophobic zeal lately, even for them. Second, do you object to us sharing this information with our local allies? They may perhaps be of use, or at the very least they deserve to be warned. Third, how long did you know about its presence? We would have reacted sooner and with smaller cost of life if we were informed about it earlier. We will need its last known co-ordinates that I can relay to first responders.

Your swift reply is acknowledged. I will set aside the matter of tone; what matters now is that your fleet is coming. For that, you have our gratitude.

I will address your questions directly.

1. Staging Point – Planet Kurile

We are prepared to offer Planet Kurile as the primary rendezvous and staging point for Order forces. It is a GMG-administered world with full landing and resupply infrastructure, located safely within Sigma‑17. Your vessels may approach and regroup there without interference.

To be candid, I do not understand your concern regarding the Kusari Naval Forces. Sigma‑19 is sovereign Gas Miners Guild space, not a Kusari patrol zone. The KNF has no jurisdiction here, and their recent bout of xenophobia, however zealous, does not extend into our territory. Any Kusari warship attempting to obstruct Order operations in Sigmas would find itself in violation of longstanding treaties and facing the Guild's own response. You may consider Kurile a safe harbor.

2. Sharing Intelligence with Allies

The Shinsei Clan has no objection. Share the Hegirnunna threat data with whichever allied parties you deem necessary. The Nomad menace concerns all of humanity; the more hunters we have in the void, the sooner this creature will be brought down. We only ask that our operational security regarding fleet movements is respected.

3. Timing of Notification & Coordinates

You asked how long we knew. We notified the Order the moment our patrols confirmed the Hegirnunna's existence and its direct responsibility for the attacks. There was no delay on our part. I encourage your analysts to review the initial transmission we sent, the same message that contained our request for aid included the vessel's designation, description, and the last known coordinates within Sigma‑19. The data was attached. It remains attached. I find it surprising that the Order would overlook such details in a message marked CRITICAL – IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED. Precision in crisis is not a luxury; it is a necessity.

Nevertheless, I am repeating the coordinates appended below for your first responders. Use them well.

The Shinsei Clan fleet is assembling at Gas Miner Ogashawa as we speak. When your ships arrive, we will fight together. Let us waste no more time on words.

I understand you acted under stress, it is not easy to live with knowledge that your people are killed by these monsters who parked shamelessly right in your territory. I am here to pass message that OHC has unanimously authorized formation of a task force of whatever can be spared from Omicron theatre and whichever allied auxilaries we can assemble to deal with this threat. The Order will continue to escalate over the coming days as more assets will become available. Nomads have played their card, perhaps too soon and need to be punished accordingly.
