All Factions should inform here their current situation:
Diplomacy: Is the current situation (hostile, neutral, allied) of the faction in front of the other factions.
Members (include ranks and activity status (active, semi-active or inactive)): Remember that a faction must have at least 3 active/semi-active members to be considered a faction.
Purpose of the faction: What the faction stands for, their ideals, their goals.
Territory: This topic is divided in 5 categories.
1. Territiry under their control.
2. Territory being claimed.
3. Territory in dispute.
4. Neutral zones. (systems they cannot claim or enter without risking a war with the other factions. Also, a neutral system belongs to no one, and cannot be claimed).
5. Un-militarized zones: No warship or military force is allowed to enter here. Freighters or unarmed vessels can pass through.
If a faction fails in reporting here before october the 13th, it shall be considered as "disbanded", or "no longer existant"

This is Vlad, leader and hopefully not the only one member of the Liberty Sentinels.
I'm still reqruiting volenteers (although there aren't any) for diefending the interests of liberty .
I've stated LS politic every time i put on the reqruiting list.
Still ill say the things again:
For now LS is neutral with every1. It's not official but as a member of SDF ive been (and still i am) a loyal friend of the Rm.
So to make it official here and now i offer alliance to the RM.
The LS are defending all Liberty systems. Every other system is vonsidered nutral. IF there is a change i will personally inform by posting on the forum.
The people willing to join should:
1) - To Fly a liberty ship (the cap ship class for now) and/or a borderworld fighter - Sabre/Titan/Eagle (until the MK 2 versions are made reality)
2) - To fly with honour, and to have a will to defend the weak and help the ones in need. By thus defending the interests of liberty are a prime concern.
3) - To be well prepared against the dangers that the universe has to offer. To have no fear and doubt in his/hers actions.
4) - To be willing to oppose piracy and to encourage trade (an exception is made here-contraband trade is considered legal by the LS as any other commodity)
5) - To strictly obey the orders of his commanding officer and help in the heat of th battle to his comrades.
Those are the 5- to's of LS. As high fleet Admiral of LS i offer all my charachters to the cause.
The flagship of LS is officialy now - Liberator.
He will always be on his watch in Liberty systems. If he is away there will be the first supporting ship - Redeemer.
The LS members will be written on my signature. No tags are specifically required.
Every1 should be able to see the LS members in all my posts.

Refer to thread "New ranking system for AW" for all available ranks and more in-depth discriptions of sign-up and rankings.
Must have reasonable fighter pilot skills. VHF required. Cap-ships are optional. Gets a 10mil sign-up bonus. Pilot training given if asked for. Tags are optional.
Goals: To take control of any non-government controlled systems. (Omicrons/Sigmas/Omegas/Taus) After that we will go after independant systems. (Bering/Hudson/keplar etc...)
