Thank you for finally implementing these simple commands that other mods have taken for granted.
One question though, why call it /givecash instead of the universal /sendcash that everyone else uses?
Edit: I see, FLAC default is /sendcash while FLShell default is /givecash. Suppose i'm used to the mods
using mostly FLAC.
Edit: majkp you should put in a 100,000 Credit minimum transfer to prevent credit stacking.
This way you can leave /givecash command on for offline characters and we will no longer
need other players assistance for credit transfers between characters.

This has been done to make things easier, when you need to transfer money to someone who is far away or not even online - like sending cash to your other characters, you don't have to bother someone else to do it with you.
Awwww Shi~!!!!
Although it would be good to have that for the equipment as well, since that is even more delicate than the cash it self. Nothing more painfull than getting blown up by nomads in a starflear full of codies while trying to make a new corsair char.

Quick question - what's credit stacking?

Creating many new chars and sending the starting cash to other characters. That is, I think 6500 credits.
I am a bit unsure about traders, who would possibly send all their cash to a different character just to be able to tell a pirate "I dont have the money, I cant pay."
When you think about it, oorp traders like that probably would say they don't have the cash anyway.
A measure against credit stacking could be implemented I believe, but then again looking at activity logs would find the offenders. It's a bit suss when a single IP makes 20+ characters in a few minutes.

Okay, I can see the problem. 100K min would fix that. I'll provide this as an option in the next version, but it is up to the admins if they want to turn it on or not.

You start with 8500 credits and think about how many times you would have make new characters with that small an amount of money to get anywhere... anyone who has no life enough to sit there for as long as that takes and do it should just be banned and told to go outside get some sunlight... geez!
I used it today and it made organising my characters WAY easier, i armed up some who were running low and also consolidated cash from a couple of traders. I love it, i say leave it exactly as it is!
