I wish to tell you a little about myself and what it is I do before I supply you with a ship requisition and possible uses of the ship. I am Jade Flores, resident of Malta in the Omicron Alpha system. For many years I have been working on my family's Cardimine plantation. Overseeing the slaves, working in the fields when needed, making sure the crop is fully accounted for before shipping to the processing plant. I am very knowledgeable about my profession. In the recent years I have been working at a local bakery, tasting products, testing ingredient ratios, helping with maintenance, and providing new products for the industry. Again, I am very knowledgeable about my line of work.
Recently, I've begun experimenting with a new product to distribute from the lines. It is a delectable Cake. Prepared with the only the best wet and dry ingredients,it has a nearly perfect ratio of sugary to moist. The packaging of this new product has been ingeniusly designed to be placed in the lap of a pilot, and stay in that position with only a small amount of pressure placed on it from the legs. This packaging allows the pilot to enjoy a delicious treat while in flight. We are currently working on a special "battle" package to allow a hungry pilot to consume this cake while flying in the midst of a battle. But that's to be released at a later date.
Now I bet you are wondering why this is of any importance. Well, I had been experimenting for a few months, testing for the perfect ratio of cardimine per cake to allow the maximum quality of the cake while allowing a decent amount of cardimine consumption. After nearly a year of testing and failing and making some progress here and there, I have finaly created a recipe for the perfect "cardi-cake." My subordinates working on this project with me have been testing the recipe for a while now, and they are also pleased. It satisfies their sweettooth, while satisfying their need for cardimine.
Now, for the uses of this product. With the new packaging design for pilots, and the ability to ingest cardimine through the consumption of this product. When running on empty in mid-flight, wether it be patrolling the systems, or pirating unlucky traders, Cardi-cake is an easily accessable mixture of food and cardimine source that any pilot can enjoy. And with the new "battle Packaging Design" underway at full tilt, I have a feeling this product will soon be a pilots best friend.
At the moment, we only have a couple different flavors. Chocolate and white cake batter are the only ones we've successfully tested so far. It seems the compounds in the cardimine do not mix well with a few of the other flavors, but rest assured, my science wing is working with the bakers, comparing notes, and working on a compound to neutralize the violent reactions that sometimes occur when mixing the two substances. But do not worry, the few testers who fell victim to the reactions that the mixture causes are recovering rapidly in the hospital wing.
Now, to my ship requisition. I honorably request permission to sign an Outcast Destroyer to my command for production and distribution of this new "Cardi-Cake." If approved, I can have the required personell signed and ready to board within the week. The good ship "Cardi.Cake.Express" will also be used to defend Outcast space from any and all hostile forces. And will follow orders of any and all commanding personell in the system if the order is deemed within reason.
I hope my requisition has enlightened you to a new product to be (hopefully) distributed Sirius wide one day.

I have been working for the outcast as a smuggler with a group of close friends for quite some time now, times have been good, between me and those i work with we have shipped over a million tonnes of cardamine into liberty and weve kept the feilds full of workers. we used to keep the operation under the radar but as time went on we got our selves seen to offen. we refuse to pay fines and have never droped our cargo nor ever will, this policy has left us floating in our pods a few times.
the lawmen around liberty have stepped up there attack on our trade, they ambush us as we enter systems, attempt to blockade us in systems so we cant escape, anything to try and stop the dream!. the lawmen have posted my self and Tenaka as kill on sight!, but still we push the dream into liberty and always will!
we have problems with some new threats that have grown to interfer with our operation, the IMG, corsairs and bounty hunters have also been giving us a great deal of trouble, over time and after been forced to defend my cargo time and time again i realised that my enemys are the same as the outcasts, my friends are all outcasts and I am outcast.
But we need help and we can pay for it!
i am wishing to order two RM-1 destoryers complete with crew and arms
these fine ships will be put to use to defending malta and her surounding systems with malta as the primary order, however i will also ask that these ships will answer the call of friendly smugglers in need of aid and making sure there trade routes stay open, because of this seconedary order i am willing to talk about making a payment equal to some % of the ships value to your selves ( we can talk about the % value if you are will to grant comission)

I, Gneisenau Am coming to you today after a very long stay on Manhattan after being Shot Down Near manhattan. I have wasted many months Pirating the space near and around liberty. Now, after this last several close calls, loosing my gunboat and almost dieing on another gunship, I wsih to come back home to my land and procure, with the credits from my families estate, a RM-1 Outcast Destroyer. Let it be known that i shall never take said vessel into New York system unless otherwise noted by an official from the ROS or 101st. The purpose of the procurement of such a large vessel will be the beginning of a new family Gneisenau line. We will openly defend our ways from any threat be it Corsair, Independent Miners Guild, Gas Miners Guild or the dreaded Bounty Hunters Guild. The roles of this vessel will be to patrol the known allied space and (except New York system) and possible exploration of unknown systems.
The ship will be crewed by no less then 56 members at lest 6 of them will be from my own family. Upon commision of the vessel i will procure the desired and needed equipment that will be needed, We will keep the ship in working order and precentable for other outcasts to look upon. Also, we will make a log of current equipment and crew members. Also, if needed, will will begin a publicly viewable Captains log of the vessel Adventures and patrols in and around Outcast space.
This vessel will be in my family for several generations to come if my family is aloud to procure it. This will be a great honour to my family is the council and elders will grant us this Wish. Since nearly the first days my family runs a big estate for his Excellency Don Attilus el Duque de Rioja. We grow a lot of crops for the local market at Malta and herby contribute greatly to the better of our scociety. Furthermore we grow cardamine for local use as well as for export to make our dear nation rich.
After the death of our dear father Raul Hernando Fuego Valdes, killedby Corsairs on the trip to Palermo, the honor to run the estate fell to me. Our estate is blooming, the harvests are extraordinary well, and we do a good to support our nation. All by all is well, just the cardamine business is hurting. Our stocks were full, the cardamine was ripe of the sun, the fields a wonderful sight. The real problem are the traders we need to rely on. Often they claimed they lost the cargo to our enemies, while selling it for themselves on the black market. Or the smugglers took too much of a surcharge.
Unlike my brother Guillermo who enlisted in the outcast navy under a flase name Bill SanAntonio hence too young and who I believe is now the commander of a bomber to defend our system and keep our routes open, I thought of another solution. I created my own fleet and commanded it. The flag was the Carlos Fuego Fuentes, a well armed pirate transport. It turned out to be good for our business.
But the good fortune changed. Our enemies no longer respect the neutrality around our customer bases Rochester and Beaumont, and we started loosing a lot of shipments. Fighting off a gunboat with fighter escort is a honorable death for an outcast, but it will not help in the big scheme for the glory of our nation.
Hereby I humbly request a permission to change my flagship to an RM 1 to be called the new CarlosFuegoFuentes. It will serve as my flagship to keep our routes open, teach our enemies the true meaning of neutrality around our customer bases and to be called to duty as a ship of the reseves of the outcast milita to fight off or avenge corsair attacks.

Greetings Outcast Brothers And Sisters.This is Fernando Halsey,captain of the Lane Hacker Gunship called MNS-F.Halsey.I`m a maltese citizen,and I follow my father`s steps.He was a Sabre Pilot,he lost his life for Malta five years ago.In the day of his death,when they returned his sabre to Malta I restored it and started fighting the corsairs.
After couple of years I managed to get enough money for me Lane Hacker Gunship,and continued my revenge.
As I was patroling in Tau-23 in my gunship,I spotted enemyes on radar and ,ofcourse,engaged.
After many minutes of fighting,my vessel was heavely damaged and barely made it out.Same thing happened again when i was helping the Liberty Rogues.We menaged to take the fighters and bombers,but the Navy send two cruiser and even more fighters on us.I was destroyed fast by the heavy fire coming from the two cruisers.
Then I realized my Gunship was powerless agains bigger ships.After couple of days when I was testing a Falcata,a fellow outcast noticed Bounty Hunter Battleship on scanners.We jumped in Omicron-Eta and spotted the ship. A chase started,finaly we got him in theta and his cruise engines were disrupted by an extremly brave brother.We took him fast,but then out of nowhere two more battleships came,they died too.From the start to end of the battle I was surprised by the extreme efectivity of the RM 1 Outcast Destroyer,so now I`m requesting permission to buy this vessel.
My primary task will be to protect Outcast space,help allies and cardamine smuglers and,ofcourse,i will comply to any order given from the Outcast Command.If I`m granted to buy this ship.it`s name will be MNS-F.Halsey
